I have been using City Housekeeping for a few months now. They have been fantastic - reliable and always do a great job for a reasonable price. Catalin has been especially great. My property is an Airbnb and Catalin goes above and beyond what one would expect from a cleaner; for example, letting me know when things are running low, picking up replacement supplies from shops, dealing with tradespeople on my behalf and other things beside.

End of tenancy deep cleaning. I received a quote fairly quickly following my enquiry. They helped me filling the online booking over the phone and even gave me a small discount to have the carpets steam cleaned. They cleaned all appliances, cupboards, window sills, floors, bathroom etc, to a very high standard. Even my landlord was so impressed that he asked me for their details. The place looked absolutely immaculate after they left. Also, I needed their service urgently and they managed to fit me in, at short notice, for the next morning. I cannot praise them enough, from start to finish the City Housekeeping team were really professional, friendly, helpful and completed the job to very high standards, they definitely exceeded my expectations.
