From the lovely people who answer the phone, to the folks who come to look at what needs to be done, to the guys who bring back the rugs (in my case 3 pastel oriental rugs). Flawless execution and I don't think I have ever said this before. Top notch.

Excellent service, my carpet was caked in dirt and now looks good as new, I am so grateful and impressed. The kind gentlemen who came over and did the work also helped remove furniture from my flat, I couldn't be more grateful. They were very professional and will definitely use them again when I need to.
