Since I wasn't able to be there in person, they took the initiative to send me videos of their progress, which I greatly appreciated. The team was thorough and professional, tackling every nook and cranny. They even went above and beyond by providing advice on how to get rid of some stubborn mold in my washing machine, which was incredibly helpful. We had Ms & Mr Cleaning deep clean our house ahead of having our first baby. They were polite, professional, kind/thoughtful, and thorough - they also thought creatively to remove some mould on our conservatory roof that we hadn’t expected them to tackle. I particularly liked that they checked in a few times in the day to show us what they had done and make sure we were happy as they went. And all for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend

Lazima and her crew of cleaners just recently completed a deep clean of our newly purchased house. The job was professional and extremely thorough.
