Very friendly and professional and communicated everything clearly with me with what they could offer for my budget. The clean was outstanding. My Treasure Cleaners carried out our End of Tenancy Clean and did a great job. They were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process to ensure the apartment was perfect for check out. Sophie helped reassure me with regards to what jobs would be carried out and on the day emailed about additional elements the cleaners believed would need to be done. Paul also kept us updated with live progress which was also great. The business offer a free rework in any case of an inventory complaint and have been helpful since the moment we reached out for quotes. Paul was my assigned cleaner for over seven years and he was always absolutely fantastic - a professional and a family friend now. Paul has helped me with an end of tenancy clean at a rental apartment, regular monthly whole-house cleaning, cleaning before special family events, and deep cleans which included cleaning cooker hob, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Paul and Ola helped me with cleaning my house on move-out day and turned their hands to any and everything I needed help with. What an amazing service! More recently, I was assigned Ola at my new home, and he worked to the same exacting standards as Paul. Ola arrived early and offered to help me with a few chores before getting straight into cleaning as soon as I showed him where the cleaning products were kept. He worked diligently, asked questions when he was unsure of my wishes, and offered to give the balcony a once over, even though it wasn't initially discussed as part of the job. I found that so touching that he saw the need - I was expecting family visitors and he knew we would be using the balcony in the warm weather - and he obviously wanted to do a thorough job. The funny thing is, even when I think I've done well at keeping up with cleaning in-between their visits, Paul and Ola come in, do their magic, and before you know it everything is sparkling clean and fresher than anything I could ever manage. The BEST CLEANING COMPANY in London!! From initial enquiry, to payment process to final result, every stage with this team was smooth, easy and flawless. Before moving in my flat, it needed a serious restoration. I researched a dozen local cleaning companies in Vauxhall but MCS stood out on top! I had never booked cleaning for whole flat before, usually just regular maintenance, so I was nervous to find the right team. Compared to consultations I had with other companies...Micaiah looked after my questions and worries with the most patience, kindness and greatest depth of knowledge. He reassured me they have the best specialist equipment and I wont be disappointed. He was right! I was speechless with the final result. I booked for End of Tenancy deep clean, carpet and mattress steam cleaning with stain and odour removal for a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The team led by Victor were amazing! They arrived early, brought all their specialist equipment and cleaning products and explained what they will do in each room before starting the job. This made me feel calm and relaxed knowing everything was in good hands. I trusted them and was even able to leave the house for a few hours to run errands. Huge relief if you need to multitask. The whole cleaning took 5.5hr hours, it was meticulous and extremely thorough...Victor made sure the team cleaned every inch perfectly! His leadership is inspiring. When i returned, it looked like a brand new home...the stained brown carpet was transformed into a brand new cream carpet. The dirty and dusty mattress was renewed and dried so quickly, in time for bed. My bathrooms was sparkling like something from a magazine! The awful smoke odour was gone...and there was no chemical fumes left behind from the products. If you want domestic and commercial experts to transform your home or business offices, put these guys on speed dial! They can do it all. I will definitely use them again! 100 stars.

Really amazing service, managed to book a cleaning quite last minute at my requested time. After sending a video of the full apartment they were able to give me a quote. They were really thorough with their work, covering all the parts I was specifically keeping an eye out for. The apartment was sparkling by the end of it

We used Cleaners in Dulwich Ltd for many years. Agnes and her team were always professional and provided good quality cleaning. Whenever there was a schedule problem or if the cleaner was ill, Agnes would always find someone to cover the cleaning. She's amazing and always make sure you will be taken care of. I used Dulwich cleaners for around 10 months. The only reason I stopped is because I needed a regular clean on a specific day and time by an English speaking cleaner and unfortunately they didn’t have a cleaner available. I found all of the cleaners offered a good quality clean. They were polite, professional and efficient. The gem of the company is Agnes. I would have loved Agnes to be my cleaner even though she runs the company. She’s lovely, professional, listens to your needs and communicates really well with the cleaners. Agnes makes the whole process simpler and easier; you just communicate any issues to Agnes and she does all she can to accommodate them. She also has some great cleaning tips! Overall the service is pricier than other cleaning services but worth it.

Received a very professional end of tenancy clean from Top Cleaning. Staff arrived punctually, gave a very accurate time estimate (it was fixed price for the flat beforehand) of how long it would and it was bang on. They completed all the items on their checklist and did a very good clean of the oven and carpet. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a EoT deep clean.

Julio and team did a splendid job with great professionalism and we felt very comfortable during the entire cleaning process.
