Got my wedding dress cleaned and preserved here, and overall, I’m pretty happy with the experience. Ash is very communicative—he kept me in the loop every step of the way and made it super convenient by picking up and dropping off the dress. The dress came back looking spotless, so no complaints on the quality of the work. However, the service is definitely on the pricey side. I went for it because I wanted to protect my dress, but part of me is still wondering if this whole “preservation” thing is just another wedding industry add-on. Hard to know what it’ll actually look like in 20 years, and now I have a huge box to store somewhere. So, if you’ve spent a lot on your dress, it’s probably worth it—but be prepared for the cost and some doubts about the long-term value. Overall, I’d recommend them for the quality and service, just keep those things in mind!

Amazing service by Nova Klean, Ash is very knowledgeable and I would recommend this Dry Cleaners over and over again. My Canada Goose Coat was covered in mould before I took it to Ash due to damp in my property. Ash talked me through the step by step process he would need to take to restore the coat and was realistic with the results that could be obtained, including a mould treatment. Ash kept me updated with the progress and my coat was returned to me in amazing condition! I couldn’t be happier! My coat was in safe hands and the professionalism of this business was 10/10! Ash is amazing and thoroughly knowledgeable in how to tackle weddings dresses. My pronovias wedding dress had been stained by mud and wine - has come out immaculately clean. I don't know how Ash achieved the impossible but am astonished at results as did not expect the results, especially after the fact that it was put away for over 2 years. Collection and delivery made it ever so easy as I was not close to Nova Klean and came out of his way to fit a timeslot for me. Dress was in a state but am thrilled and wish Ash best of luck for the future

I took my wedding dress to Nova Klean after seeing all the other great reviews and I can honestly say I was not disappointed. Ash was absolutely brilliant and very knowledgeable. He said the cleaning would take between 7-14 days but it was finished in 5! He also was able to deliver the dress back to me after the cleaning.
