The office is super efficient and always has my correct information and billing details, and takes note of any holiday requests that I don't need a cleaner for diligently. They do a really good job and leave my house looking pristine. I occasionally get emails informing me of a price increase, so that the cleaners can be paid a decent wage, which I fully support.
