I recently hired Pedro from High Quality Clean for a deep clean with short notice, and he exceeded my expectations. Pedro was incredibly professional, and paid attention to every detail. He explained to me along the way how he normally cleans, and which products are best to use. Pedro was friendly, thorough, and worked efficiently focusing on the areas of the house I had highlighted. I have had a few cleaning services in the past, but this experience was by far the best. Highly recommended and I will be using Pedro again.

Julio and team did a splendid job with great professionalism and we felt very comfortable during the entire cleaning process. After the steam cleaning of the carpet in our flat, they showed us the amount of dirt taken out in the cleaning water (it was black!). Overall, we are very happy with the service.

Staff arrived punctually, gave a very accurate time estimate (it was fixed price for the flat beforehand) of how long it would and it was bang on. I contacted deep clean about a stain on Monday morning and they came that same day to help us get it out. We think it was water damage from a ceramic plant pot and honestly I thought we had no chance getting it out given this has happened to me in previous properties and it’s stained for good. The stain is practically fully gone after their service and it’s not even 100% dry yet so will get better we hope - I can’t believe how much better it looks. Great communication and service from the guys at deep clean - would recommend them highly

As a landlord with a number of flats in Richmond/Kew I have really struggled to find a good reliable cleaning company to clean our flats either for end of tenancy cleans or after we have had builders in to a standard I am happy with. Thankfully I have now found Efficient Cleaning, I have used them a couple of times now and have been very pleased with the cleaning they have done. They are easy to deal with, good communication, turn up on time and do an excellent job. I will definitely be using them again.

While we didn't end up going through with the clean in the end for personal reasons, Tsveti at efficient cleaning was amazing and able to book us in last minute. If we ever do need a clean we will definitely return here.
