An amazing service in a flat that had not been deep cleaned for at least 6 years. Great communication and attention to detail. Particularly impressed with the oven cleaning!

Used for an end of tenancy clean. Good carpet and oven deep cleans. The original team working on the house left a lot of things- cobwebs, counter stains, skirting cleaning and did not have a lot of equipment to hand. We had to then show them how to take these marks out and then do it ourselves for a few hours. This was frustrating however the owner made time to come back the next day and do extra cleaning himself which we were happy with the result of. Thank you very much :)

We'd been trying to get a thorough full clean of our house done for a few months and were getting a lot of quotes and messages and it all seemed very overwhelming. And then we found Anyclean and the entire process was very quick and very easy to arrange. After an initial online enquiry, and a few emails to confirm details, I had a phone call with Petya in customer service and everything was straight forward and easy to arrange. We had made a mistake in our initial enquiry in terms of what type of clean we were looking for and the switch was absolutely no problem at all. I received a questionnaire to complete and the job was booked in for the following week, easy peasy. The pair of cleaners (whose name I didn't get, I'm so sorry about that!) turned up on time and were very professional. We did a walk through of the house, to point out the various rooms to be cleaned and the rooms not to be cleaned, and discuss any areas that needed special attention etc. There was no issues and I absolutely felt like they were hearing and making note of everything I was saying. Someone else mentioned attention to detail and going above and beyond in their review, and I absolutely agree. We mostly tried to stay out of their way so they could do their work, but had to pop into the kitchen while they were cleaning in there, as the circuit had tripped (old house, old wiring. absolutely not their fault!) and after we showed them how they could access the circuits (which has to be done from outside the house) - in case it happened again - we felt completely comfortable leaving them with our keys. Later on we decided to go out for lunch, so popped in to let them know we would be gone for an hour or two, which was also no problem. And both times I found them on step ladders cleaning fine detail aspects of the house I hadn't even thought to mention or think about, and had in no way expected them to be cleaning. It was very clear that the team really took pride in their work and wanted to do a thorough job. Our house looked amazing when they finished and we couldn't be more grateful for how easy the whole process was, and how outstanding the quality of the work was. Thank you.

I had my carpets cleaned by Mel Cleaning, l was extremely impressed. The Carpet cleaner did a fantastic job, my Carpet was dried within 5 hours. Previous companies that l had used before left my carpets soaking wet, which took 2 weeks to dry and started to smell. Mel Cleaning used a large industrial cleaner which takes 90% of the water out of the Carpet. I will definitely use Mel Cleaning again, the service was excellent, my carpets came up beautiful.
