Absolutely amazing service. Everything from the phone consultation of my car to the install of my new software, the road test, the kindness of showing me around the premises and explaining everything I needed to know for my next upgrade. The list is endless, even the coffee was amazing. I literally just cannot tell you how amazing it was just to be here. The wealth of knowledge by the team and the hospitality of when in the waiting area. Thank you Chapmans for doing everything right. You have to just go here to know what I mean.

Fantastic team. I called to ask for an airbag light reset and the guys told me to come over and they’d sort it. VW In St Albans didn’t even answer the phone! It was done in 5 mins and they didn’t want to charge me. I’m definitely taking my car there for service in the future. Top guys and nice coffee too!

Had an issue in my VW Polo. These guys removed my car seat and welded the handle back on that moves my passenger seat forward and back. They were professional and friendly in person, as well as in all communications I had with them arranging the appointment. Also very fairly priced. I would not hesitate in using them again!

Had a Full Major Service and a Wheel alignment and I couldn’t be more happy. My car drives so much smoother and feels super responsive. I’d like to recommend Sam. It was my first time getting a full service and he was super helpful on answering all my questions and running things through with me. Gave the reassurance I needed. He also nailed my wheel alignment which was my biggest concern. Would defiantly recommend. Reasonably priced with a fantastic helpful team.
