⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for AT Autocare, Hoddesdon I originally visited AT Autocare in December to have new discs and pads fitted on the front of my car, and new pads at the rear. After the work was done, I started to notice a strange and annoying noise when braking — especially in slow-moving traffic, which was both embarrassing and frustrating, especially around pedestrians. I brought the car back at the earliest opportunity in January. The team advised me to drive it a bit more, do a few harder stops, and hold the brake on to help clean things up. Unfortunately, the noise persisted, but due to my work schedule, I couldn’t return again until April. When I finally brought the car back in, I spoke to Daniella at reception, who was really helpful. She checked the system and saw my previous visits, and assured me they’d get to the bottom of it and that the issue would be resolved. Big thanks to Scott who road-tested the car and confirmed the noise, and a massive shout out to the whole team who renewed the braking system under warranty. The noise is now completely gone and I can finally enjoy driving again without that nagging sound every time I slow down. I also want to thank Joseph at reception for his help, and Tony, the owner, for getting everything sorted after a few months of back and forth.
