Very professional. Booking an appointment was easy as the guys always find the time to answer their phone. The team is very experienced and provide adequate solutions. They have done diagnostics at very affordable price and showed me what needs to be done on my recently bought second hand car. They also have a youtube channel that you can watch and learn about specific issues with different models of cars.

Great services, I am really pleased. Vitaliy and Bobi from Top Garage had to overcome great difficulties finding the parts for my car. I had to change the clutch on my car and some work done on the front suspension and I am really pleased with the end result. Highly recommend!

A really good and honest garage. Been using this garage for a few years now and for 2 years running they have charged me less than quoted for servicing as the car mileage didn't warrant the bigger job. All the staff are super helpful and so much value in knowing they will never overcharge.

The cars are not released into your care unless the technicians are completely satisfied with the performance. We have never returned a car for fault not addressed . But Sir M sorted it out in no time at all. He quickly identified the fault – the alternator wasn’t maintaining the required voltage, which led to the ECU issue. Within a single day, he sourced a reasonably priced, fully functional alternator, fitted it, and even took the time to test it thoroughly. He made sure the voltage remained stable and within the regulated limits. The peace of mind he provided was priceless! Now, the location itself is a bit off the beaten track. The road to the garage is a bumpy, unpaved track, full of dirt and potholes. It’s nae exactly ideal for a smooth ride in, but let me tell ye, it’s worth the inconvenience when ye’re dealing with someone as skilled as Sir M. He’s a true professional, and I’m chuffed to have found him. His service was fast, efficient, and didn’t break the bank. Found him online, First time using this mechanic on a Sunday and he came! I was pleased with his service to fix starter motor in car. Car fixed in few days in his garage.Happy with his service, Price and friendly . Would recommend him and would call him for future issues with my car. Used him second time and he fixed my handbrake with reasonable price, on time and friendly too. Only access to his garage is through the woods. Would still call him for any issues.though

Paul and the team at Autocare are fantastic. Our Kia Niro EV died on our driveway two days ago. Kia said we'd have to wait until January to have it looked at and we were quoted £500 by our recovery company just to have it collected and taken to the nearest garage. A few garages I called, including Kwik Fit, said they weren't equipped to help as they didn't have staff trained with EV. Paul went and sought advice from his team at Autocare and assured us that not only did they think they could fix it but they would fit us in immediately. He helped advise my husband on how to jump start the car and saved us £500 on that alone. The team replaced the battery, same day and we couldn't be more grateful. Paul was friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy. We will definitely be returning customers!

I would like to include a review as I was so impressed by the efficiency, knowledge and honesty of this garage. The only reason I haven't put 5 stars is because the garage needs a bit of attention to make it look more cared for. Don't let this put you off though, the people running it are fantastic and the second hand cars being sold are, in my opinion, quality for the price. They listened to my requirements for a car and recommended a few to look at. I was then left to browse so no pressure was added. Once I decided on a make and model, they were able to explain some of the differences between the cars they had in stock. Once I found a car I was happy with, I took it for a test drive and decided to purchase the car. I was given a 3 month warranty so I could buy with confidence. In the first month, I noticed there was a wear and tear issue with the clutch that was not apparent when test driving and only happened occasionally when driving in traffic (no one could have known about it before hand due to the issues irregularity). I phoned the garage to report my concern and straight away, with no hesitation, I was told to bring it in at my convenience and they would get the mechanics to look it over. They couldn't have been more reassuring and helpful. The issue was fixed in good time and the car now drives like a dream under all conditions. I would happily recommend this garage to my friends and family and to whomever reads my review.
