You will struggle to find a lash tech who is as professional as Gemma! Availability is great and if there are any issues then they’re dealt with easily. The whole salon has a lovely atmosphere, everyone is approachable and you’ll leave feeling fabulous. Highly recommend!

Gem is just the best. I have just had had luxury derma-planing followed by a back neck and shoulder massage. She is just so professional, makes you feel so relaxed and is just so good at all her treatments. I Would definitely recommend her, came out feeling really pampered and relaxed. Such a beautiful salon with such a lovely atmosphere. All the girls are fabulous.

I love going to Aurora Beauty studio, all the girls are friendly and excellent at what they do. I’ve had lashes, nails, microblading and waxing and never had a bad experience. The studio is gorgeous and has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Gemma and Becka are the loveliest people and will make you feel at ease with whatever treatment you choose, and I’ve got to mention Stanley, the resident Dachshund, take a treat and he’ll reward you with cuddles. I would totally recommend Aurora Beauty Studio.

Cannot recommend Alysha enough!! First time for lip fillers and I couldn't have been more welcomed and put at ease by this lovely lady! As well as being friendly I felt very well informed as I was given lots of information about the procedure and after care etc. You will see me very soon cannot wait to keep adding too my new fabulous lips. I love this place so much, I come here for my hair, facials, massage and laser hair removal. All the staff are amazing and are the best in their fields. It's a gorgeous building with a really welcoming and friendly environment which puts you at ease straight away. I can't recommend this place and the girls enough. Just been for another laser session and I'm almost at a dolphin state of smoothness, Ella is so friendly and puts you at ease in what could be an awkward situation, especially if it's your first time. If you're not already booked in for treatments here what are you playing at!

I had a skin mot with Claire today. I now understand why I had to make my appointment 5 weeks in advance! I feel like I am now on a journey with my skin, i have seen results after just 1 treatment. Cant wait for my next.

Recommended by a friend and she was so right. Mike’s at Rocco’s is excellent. Even though I’m an older lady he didn’t treat me as such. He was chatty but not overbearing and very professional. My hair looks wonderful when he’s done it. Just a shame I can’t get it to look just like he does. Will always use Mikey.

Had a deluxe facial with neck and shoulder massage with Hannah , she even did an arm and hand massage . This whole experience was divine , lovely relaxed room , treated very well and beautiful smelling products. Definitely worth a visit! 100% recommendation!!

Always cheers me up being pampered here. Girls are all lovely and highly efficient with all treatments offered. I am not very mobile but they happily cope offering all my treatments downstairs. Also do a much appreciated foot massage treatment for my husband. Would never go anywhere else!

Have never had a bad experience at the salon. All the staff are super friendly and very efficient in everything they do. I am not as mobile as I was when I first began going there, but they go out of their way to make sure I can still get the treatments I want comfortably and safely. I always look forward to being pampered and entertained.

I had Jess do my hair and I absolutely loved it! She's so professional, so friendly and welcoming I can't wait to go back. I had a balayage for the first time, I wanted something more natural and lived in. Jess had a really thorough consultation with me and explained all the ins and outs which was so refreshing! Absolutely in love with my hair it's the best it's ever looked. Can't wait for my next appointment!

After some cowboy roofers left my mum's roof in a state with pieces literally falling off, we got in touch with Perfect Seal who were brilliant from start to finish. Richard came out the very next day and did a thorough inspection, explained everything , organised the quote and the work was done within a fortnight. The team were all incredibly professional and we're very happy with the results.

We moved to Derbyshire in the summer and contacted Safehands Construction for a quote to build a new extension to our house. Marcus responded quickly and provided us with a detailed quote for two new bedrooms and bathroom. The quote set out all works with a clear time frame. We were offered good advice at the planning stage by Marcus. We decided to use Marcus and his team. They carried out the work exactly as quoted and they kept us fully involved throughout the process. We asked Marcus to do some extra work, which was carried out efficiently and without fuss. The building team were excellent throughout. They used quality materials throughout the build and they explained each stage of the project. Marcus and his team spoke to us regularly and they ensured we were happy with progress of the build, design and construction. We enjoyed working with the team and more importantly we trusted their advice and opinions. The finished build is of excellent standard throughout. The team did a great job in matching stone work, Windows and final fixings. The quality of work has resulted in a top class finish to our house. We would recommend Marcus and his team without hesitation. When you employ a build team you want to feel they are knowledgable and honest. We would say that Marcus and his team knew the best ways of achieving our goals, whilst ensuring everything was within budget. We moved into our new build in the November of 2019, just as the build team promised. We would recommend Marcus as he will not compromise on the quality, keeps to deadlines and he is friendly and honest throughout.

Great service identified where the leak was coming from. Replaced the guttering to the back of the property and solved our shared guttering problem with our neighbours. Very tidy and very good. I would highly recommend Nick and P H roofing and guttering. Scaffold company he uses were brilliant and went to great lengths to take care of the garden.

As others have experienced - Andy and his team at Ferns restore your faith in high quality work and great customer service. We were provided with regular updates and pictures identifying what needed to be fixed and how they had fixed it. Andy uses high quality materials and pays meticulous attention to the task in hand. He keeps the site safe and tidy and is a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend him to others.

Andrew and his team have done several jobs at my home, including replacing our roof in 2021. The quality of workmanship is always excellent. It's no secret to his clients that Andrew is a perfectionist, and that shows in every job he does. But as well as first-class work, Andrew explains everything he does, and is keen to show the work as it progresses (you get a great view of your property from up on a scaffold!). As a customer, I am also reassured by the fact that whenever I've had any issues after the work has been completed (which is rare), Andrew responds immediately to contacts and invariably calls round to check in. The fact that I always go back to Andrew when more work is needed speaks volumes about how helpful and trustworthy he and his team are.

Andrew undertook a complete reroof of our house including tiles, membrane, lead, and where necessary, remedial work to timbers. He also replaced our loft insulation and brought it up to standard. He is a perfectionist and would never cut corners but insures the job is done to his very high standards. He is an excellent communicator and kept us up-to-date with progress and any issues throughout the process. His team worked hard and he always left the site tidy at the end of each day. We would highly recommend him.

It was well worth the wait for Ferns Roofing to come and reroof our house. They have done an excellent job and we are very pleased with the outcome. Although previous builders work on the house had created many problems, Andy used his experience and skills to successfully resolve and rectify these mistakes. Andy is a perfectionist who makes sure all work is done to a very high standard. From initial contact to completion communication was excellent, with daily updates from Andy. Couldn’t recommend Lords Roofing & Sons enough. We had complications along the way as structural engineering drawings were missing calculations for beams needed. Thanks to Liam and his lads for spotting this, as this would have been a very costly mistake. We are very happy with how the extension hipped roof looks. Liam and his lads have given us loads of tips and advice as this is going to be a self build / renovation project.

We had our original slate roof completely redone after it took some major damage in the recent winter storms. Liam had some of the team out within a day to get us watertight until the works could be started. The team working on the house were very friendly and professional seeing the job done to a high standard ensuring we were happy with the results. Very reasonably priced for a great job, would thoroughly recommended them.

Lords have been fantastic once again. I called with a minor tile problem which was causing a leak and Liam managed to fit me in the next day due to a cancellation being in the local area. The job was done in quick time and we’re really happy with the outcome and professionalism of lords once again. They’ve been to our house a couple times now over the years and same for my parents. They’ve never disappointed and we’ve always been left with the same feedback. Lord’s is a really nice, friendly company and really are out to help you as much as possible. Working with Liam and the Lords team was so easy and pleasant, I wish I'd have gone straight to them in the first place rather than getting booked in, delayed and generally run around by other roofers! Liam was easy to communicate with, super responsive and up front about the work, costs and timings. Everything was scheduled in and communicated well by Laura. Any questions I had, they were quick to answer. When it came to the actual work, the team of roofers were fast, respectful and friendly. Led by Alex who was the nicest guy, funny and hard working, the team would arrive around 8ish and made sure they cleaned up at the end of every day to the point where it was actually cleaner than when they arrived! The got on so well with the neighbours, even entertaining the toddler next door who watched them from the window! The work was all completed faster than expected (mostly due to them bringing in extra guys who all worked well together) and to a good standard, the house and garage roofs now look perfect. Both Alex and Liam assured me that they guarantee their work and if there are any issues in the future they wouldn't hesitate to come round and sort anything out. Overall I couldn't have hoped for a better experience from Lords, thank you!
