First time I have ever been here and the food was amazing. I had a sausage bacon and beautiful runny egg sandwich with two crispy hash browns and really enjoyed it. Will definitely be back. Thank you to Kelly and Sarah who were friendly and know how to cook a brekky

I recently visited this café, and I must say, it’s a hidden gem! The breakfasts are superb—flavorful and satisfying. Plus, the prices won’t break the bank. The staff is friendly, and the café is impeccably clean. And the food? Excellent! While they don’t offer fancy coffees or teas, that simplicity is actually a bonus. Highly recommended!

Recently refurbed but service, food, and coffee has not changed! Absolutely amazing food and at the most amazing prices. Ready for the summer with their gorgeous terrace fenced off for customers only! Again, food is just amazing. Always cooked to perfection. Make sure you all come and visit, it's a little beauty especially for someone who has always been reluctant to come to cafés. But will always return here!

Called into this cafe for breakfast when passing and I can’t rate it highly enough. The quality of the food is great, the staff are lovely and it’s very clean. The menu has a good selection, options for drinks and sweet treats or cakes all of which are a very good price!

Absolutely great place to eat. The lady who runs the place (Karen) is very much a people person and takes time to speak to you. We ordered a cake from her and we was over the moon with it. The attention to detail was spot on and it tasted fantastic. So Karen, well done, you are doing a fab job 😀😀

Lovely place and decor. I had the French toast and it was so nice and my granddaughter had loads of strewberrys. Only 1 toilet. Kid friendly

One of our favourite local haunts. The cafe itself is beautifully decorated with all manner of whimsical items. It almost has the vibe of Monica’s kitchen from friends with its eclectic memorabilia and decor. The food menu is varied with breakfasts, brunches, lunches and specials - and very reasonably priced. Portions are always decent and the service is friendly. The cafe is clean and a although often busy it’s never difficult to find a table. We certainly recommend this hidden treasure on the high street

I usually order from a place on the kings Norton green.. but used to live not far from the cafe old mill, so I decided to try, and wasn't disappointed. Excellent presentation, food was hot enough to eat straight away, the quality of the food is top tier, lovely bacon, and sausage, perfect fried egg, quality beans and tomatoes, I treated myself to some fried bread, it was perfect, the hash brown really nice .. so I will definitely be ordering again, I ordered a separates, build your own breakfast... Just fantastic... Thank you , and even though it's a 10 min drive it got here within the time frame... Keep up the good work ... OH AND THE Gran bread is top quality, thick and delish ...

The Old Mill is lovely! Great food, service and atmosphere. There's always a friendly welcome. We often order from them too. Can't recommend this local business enough.
