This place is a work of art. Whoever designed the interior of this place did an amazing job. I only tried the Lime and Mint Aseer Juice and it was phenomenal. It was so good I had to order another one straight after. I have yet to try any of their food though - so I do plan on coming back for sure…

Amazing!! We’ve tried the knafah, the creamy desserts, and now the honeycomb buns - everything is delicious! A few of the reviews mention the price being high but I feel as though you get what you’re paying for. The desserts are unique and presented beautifully. Definitely worth the price.

Halawat is a hidden gem for dessert lovers! Their treats are absolutely divine—each one crafted with perfect flavor and texture.The great atmosphere and friendly staff make it a top spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. Worth the travel from London. Highly recommend!

This is a must visit place! Desserts are delicious and unique, and drinks are really nice. Whole place is aesthetically pleasing, very beautiful decor. We were served by Ashjan and she was amazing - very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be returning soon.

We went on Saturday afternoon for a bite to eat after a long walk. It was the perfect place to sit down, relax and enjoy good company. The woman who served us was fantastic, she had a really nice vibe and made us feel welcome and relaxed. Food was delicious, good quality food. Love the water section, including a water dispenser for dogs. Decor is great. All in all a great experience.

Sorrento Lounge is a hidden gem that effortlessly combines sophistication with a laid-back vibe. It was a busy Saturday early afternoon when we arrived. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that we were well taken care of without being overbearing. The lounge offers an array of food which cater different people with dietary requirements. Kudos to the chefs, the food was exceptional. Overall, Sorrento Lounge offers a perfect blend of great food and an atmosphere that encourages relaxation and conversation. I highly recommend it and we will definitely be back for more!

Quaint hangout for all ages with unusual combinations. Food was tasty and the menu had something for everyone. Staff were attentive and friendly even though we ordered on their app.

Very tasty food and professional service. Place itself has a great feeling. Menu is very extensive, and dishes are fulfilling. You can order through the website with barcode, and it will be delivered to you. Very recommended.

A lovely place with lovely people. I went to order my americano and Sammy explained the different beans and their notes superbly; giving the service a personal touch. A small discussion on what I liked and she gave a personal recommendation. The coffee tasted excellent and I will definitely come again soon. I also enjoy the spacious venue which would definitely be useful for large groups.

Very happy with the opening of this place in Moseley. It's cosy and there's plenty of place to sit. It's also one of the few places that get sunshine in through the windows. The only drawback is the lack of electricity plugs - given that many people come here to work on their laptops, the place could do with a few more.

We like Coffee#1. As usual, the staff were polite and friendly. The room was clean and big, making it easy for us all to be together. We tried some new things today, a caramel cream latte, double espresso and the normal latte. All went down really well. On the food side, we tried a massive cookie 🍪 and some salted caramel cheesecake. All were delicious and very well received by the little ones. The dog treats were amazing and massive. More of a meal than a treat for our pooch.

Really need a holiday! Instead I treated myself to a taste of France at Maison Mayci. Delicious Croque monsieur, coffee & raspberry frangipani. So lucky to have this cafe on my doorstep. Life is good again! Lovely staff. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended. 😋😍👏

Lovely place , been there for years and also went to the smaller one that has closed. I took my friend there for her first time and she loved it , as did I . I’m going there soon to eat and buy some delicious bread from there. Definitely recommend if you want a real taste of France 🇫🇷

Very tasty food and big portions, spacious restaurant and good service, the menu is very interesting and fun to explore. Recommend, especially the hummus and shawarma.

Niamh served us and there were few of us, she stunned all of us as she remembered every single one of our orders, very impressive which proves Damascena staff takes pleasure in providing ace customer service. One of the better Damascena locations, a friendly and clean environment and the food was hot and tasty. Service was poor as they were short staffed and one server for all the tables. The food delivery was slower than expected. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Vegan options available.

Really nice food and restaurant, very decently priced. Lovely spiced chai latte, although it was a shame we couldn’t drink until after our meal as they were very hot! Would make it a 5 star if the service improves.

I discovered this place through a viral video, and it immediately caught my attention, so I decided to drag my friend along. At the time we visited, I believe it was newly opened, so this review is in retrospect. One delightful surprise was the complimentary hot chocolate—it was a lovely touch and tasted great. For my meal, I ordered the chicken parma, and I was genuinely impressed by the portion size. It was so large that I couldn’t finish it all in one sitting and saved some for later. The dish itself was enjoyable and added to a positive dining experience. The waitress who served us was incredibly attentive, friendly, and a great conversationalist. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but her excellent service stood out. Parking in this area is quite difficult, though that’s no fault of the establishment. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I’d happily return, especially when friends from out of town come to visit Birmingham.

Food is amazing but their service is absolutely phenomenal. Lost count of how many complimentary things they brought to our table. From hot chocolate and fruit as soon as you enter to a health smoothie and an extra complementary dessert. Beautiful cosy family run business always come back here again and again

Had brunch with friends and family. Fantastic service, great food and drinks. We were a big group but were welcomed by the staff and they arranged a table where we all sat comfortably. Staff were always friendly and smiley. Thanks!

The food and drinks were tasty and of high quality. There is definitely something for everyone as there is plenty of great choice available. The interior was aesthetic and had some cosy seating too. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Rash, Sara and Humaira who were down to earth, polite and very attentive.

Extremely friendly staff on arrival, gave my little one a complimentary drink. A special thanks to Ruqayya. We ordered the egg muffin, and frappe’s, they were absolutely delicious. We would recommend this place to anyone.

This breakfast menu was delicious and all freshly made. We ordered the Lahore breakfast and additional aloo paratha with chaii. The food was outstanding and it’s the only place, which I know, doing buffalo milk tea. They forgot to give the spicy potatoes but apologised straight away and brought them immediately, with a complimentary puri. If I could give it 10* for service and quality, I really would!

This is the place to be, great food variety & prices low, as a student peaceful place to chill or work with my friends, ask for the student menu… you will be surprised so cheap and the owner with his team are so down to earth… luv it..

A lovely place renovated and extended last year. Excellent service. Kind staff. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good range of coffees and desserts. Cherry Mocha is a beauty and they do have a few gluten free options which is very considerate. Only complaint is the size of the cake slices is pretty small considering its £3 per slice. (The Chocolate Orange slice is literally three bites.)

This is a coffee lovers coffee bar for sure. There was a very modern and trendy vibe inside with a good mixture of clientele. Prices were reasonable and there was a small but appetising selection of cakes and other baked goods. As they are are a roastery they also sell their own coffee wholebean blends. I will certainly be back next time.im in Birmingham.

The chicken sandwich here is really nice! Other food selection looks good too. Need to try some milkshakes. Their opening hours are long, which is useful. Music sometimes played a lil loud and limited seating quite close together. Nice local place.

This is my favourite place but today it was very cold, so I couldn't stay very long. (Also a bit too noisy, but the place is small, so it's difficult to control the acoustics, I understand) The food selection is great and they're always very friendly and since I regularly ask for ingredient combinations which are not on the menu, they're always happy to do it. Also I love the big corner windows - when it's sunny this is the best/only place where you get so much sun coming through to the inside. Overall - my favourite place to have a drink or a bite, and work on my laptop in Moseley and King's Heath!

Really cute place. Food was delicious and came quickly (also ordered a panini, not pictured, has very thick bread so a bit dry) and my milkshake was brill. Ordered chocolate cake and they gave me an extra big slice.

I love this place, the single best source of tasty breakfast and coffee after dropping the kids off and before wfh. Properly good food.

Nice cafe. Reasonable prices. We went for 2 successive breakfasts when staying in Moseley for the cricket. I had a bacon, sausage and egg sandwich one day and a full English the next. Couldn't fault it
