The food was delicious but the staff were by far the best of the experience. Keerthana went above and beyond to help us, and always has a great personality anytime we have visited Birmingham airport. This girl deserves a promotion 🙌🙌

Friendly staff, but I just wanted a sausage and egg option, but they only had bacon and egg, and not even the big breakfast roll. It looked grim when he handed me the bap, and the bun was a big soggy mess sweating in it's own juice that looked like disappointment. Half a squashed egg, makes McDonalds look upmarket. But, it tasted great. Good food, poor presentation, poor food options and stocking issues. Great staff.

All-round great experience at Soho Coffee in Birmingham Airport! The staff were super friendly, making me smile and laugh during a stressful morning. The strawberries and cream porridge was delicious and light, with generous toppings. Highly recommend!
