I had an amazing experience at Blank Street today! Callum and Kyle provided exceptional service, making us feel so welcome and valued. Their friendliness and attention to detail truly set the tone for our visit. The drinks were absolutely fantastic—crafted to perfection—and the food was delicious, with bold flavors that left us wanting more. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax. I can’t wait to come back for another visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and quality!

So glad to be the first review. As a fan of blank street , i was really exited to try in Birmingham. The environment is so cute and gorgeous. I love the little flowers around the cafe . So happy that i can have my daily coffee at here 💞

Such a lovely new addition to the city centre 😄😄. The queues always seem to be very long but you get through quite quickly. The staff are really nice and always give good recommendations. I didn’t have to wait long to get my drink which was very good as-well. I had the Banana Bread Matcha which was very nice. It did have cinnamon as-well. I would say the drink sizes could do with being bigger as a regular feels like a small. Highly recommend trying out this shop 😄

Both the matcha drinks tasted quite nice (blueberry matcha and white chocolate matcha) - was very sweet but the added flavours overpowered the matcha. Me and my friend went after 5 and the queues were ridiculous but it wa sort of worth it for the drinks

We had a very pleasant experience. We tried the warm Matcha Latte and found we preferred it after it cooled down a bit (you could also choose between dairy and oat milk). The seating area isn’t large, so if you’re lucky, you might be able to grab a seat. I also had a Pistachio cookie and it was yummy, with gooey middle.
