We come here regularly and it's always a great experience. The coffee is great and I liked the variety of options for seating. All the staff are fantastic with my toddler, but a particular shout out to Anya and Anna who have always been so kind and welcoming. I only wish there was a slightly better choice of food, particularly for vegetarians.

I visit with my elderly father and we have received tremendous service every visit. Staff are proactive in their approach to us and deliver our order to the table. This is done with a smile from the staff and we get a cheery 'see you soon' as we leave, so we always go back!

Here, my 2nd in the chain, I am sure there will be others. Market Harbough, Balsall Common. Love em. The cafe chain is very friendly, clean and easy to get to. Great for every one, young, high chair people, those in wheel chairs. Thanks to the staff for there very friendly and warm welcome, Steve.

Came in for a cuppa and was greeted with a friendly smile and lots of personality. Such a comfortable & relaxing place to stop and have a drink. Very clean including the toilet in the co-op. Thank for making our afternoon pleasurable 😊

Nice cafe attached to a very posh and upmarket Co-op shop, coffee and cakes are great but there does not seem to be any toilets but parking is free.
