First visit to the Brenchley and we were impressed. Popped in for lunch and the whole experience was lovely. Quite pricey for drinks as a pint of Fosters & a white wine spritzer was £12.00. £4.50 cheaper across the road in Tim's Muggleton inn. Brenchleys had a good selection on the food menu. I had Hunters chicken for £12. Very nice but could have been a little hotter. My wife had steak pie £12.60 which again could have been hotter . Lovely venue with impressive decor. Could happily have sat there all day. Apart from the music it was fairly quiet & it appealed more to the older generation. It has an outside bar apparently that we didn't have time to experience & free WiFi that you have to request a password for. Will definitely come back.
Home made Shepherd's Pie was delicious! A beautiful venue to enjoy food and drinks in. See you soon Brenchley, ill be back to try the festive menu!
The staff are so lovely & helpful. We have a dairy allergy & they made us a special salad. Thank you so much & we will definitely come again!
