I can’t fault Hush at all! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with politeness, everyone seemed lovely throughout my whole appointment. I went in last week for an appointment with Becky for a very drastic change with my hair. She was very thorough before putting any bleach/dye on with how the process would be, checking I was completely happy with the placements of the different colours. She took her time making sure everything looked perfect, I couldn’t have trusted anyone else with what I wanted done! At the end of the appointment when I had my cut she took her time making sure not too much was cut off as I wanted to keep length but ensuring that any damaged bits were gone. My hair has genuinely never felt healthier despite what I had done to it! I am so so happy with the results! Thank you x

Had a really lovely experience at Hush Salon. I went for a cut and scalp scrub with Becky. As a hijabi, i loved that this salon had a private section for women only and was one of the main reasons for booking here. Becky who was my hairdresser, was super lovely and welcoming. From moment I arrived, she was ready and expecting me (even made me a cuppa tea) . She made me feel very welcome and talked me through the process and asked enough questions to ensure she understood exactly what I wanted from my cut. At no point did I feel rushed, even when other staff members had come in several times to tell Becky to speed up as her next client (who arrived early) had arrived. Thank you for a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend Hush salon and Becky specifically.

1. Got haircut done by Natalie. Initially I couldn’t see the layers as I have curly- wavy hair. But when I got them keratined - the layers & cut were beautifully visible. So I really liked it. 2. Got keratin treatment with James- My hair quality initially being frizzy, light weighted, semi-curly. I followed all instructions and washed hair on 4th day with no use of clips or rubber band but after first hair wash- photo attached ( without using blow dryer) they were not that straight but atleast they looked glossier, healthier and less frizzy. So, I can say I am satisfied with both the services.The team has been quite understanding to resolve the queries.

I recently visited Hush and had the pleasure of having my hair done by Becky, their colour specialist. She was absolutely outstanding and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Becky took the time to explain every step to me, demonstrating remarkable patience and expertise. She’s such a wonderful person and made the experience truly enjoyable. I would happily return and am already looking forward to the next step in my hair journey with her. Becky is a true asset to Hush!

Having tried a couple of “curly hair specialists” in Birmingham I was not confident. However James took time with each of my girls establishing what they wanted exactly and consulting them about their hair routines. I can’t recommend Hush enough! Both girls are extremely happy (as am I) We’ll 💯 be back!
