Had my hair done by Izzy and had an absolutely wonderful experience at this salon. I’m disabled so I struggle with certain things but everyone here was more than happy to accommodate and even prompted me when I was too shy to ask for something. My hair came out absolutely beautiful but did fade rather fast, I contacted Izzy and she was more than happy to sort out my hair, she did this free of charge and now I have the hair of my dreams and I feel so much more confident. Thank you to everyone at Alta, I will be coming here from now on 💖

This is the 2nd time I've used Alta, Izzy is absolutely lovely, I have very tricky hair to work with but Izzy has done her utmost to style it after each cut. Also received a great hair wash from Lottie. Thank you! Will be back soon.
