Visited snake woodland for a walk today, on return to the car we grabbed a butty each from the wild man cafe. Greeted by a lovely man and woman, very chatty and polite. Came down from Kinder Scout on January 1st to find this amazing food van in the carpark, my friends and I couldn't say no to the cheese burgers that were available, the perfect pick me up after a morning hike! The food was amazing, really well cooked and very high quality, highly recommend Wildman Cafe 😊

I’ve visited twice in recent weeks and have nothing but praise for the whole set up Carl “Wildman” is the perfect host and has fantastic local knowledge of the area and all round outdoor leisure activities. Along with his daughter Ellie they produce the most amazing food and drinks, it’s a real pleasure to visit and in a beautiful location

Found by chance on the way along the A57. Absolutely amazing burger with all the extras. Best burger we've had from a stand by EVER. Such nice people too. Will definitely use again when up this way.

Had a bacon burger here on the 1st Jan 2022 for breakfast after watching the sunrise on Kinder. Really excellent food, restaurant quality burgers, the chef cooks them superbly and is very friendly to chat to about the local area.
