I had Tim and Mike in to re-pipe some toilets and get rid of the old massarator system and go direct into a septic tank we have, we're to start they had to dig the 2 trenches by hand as there were power cables and other pipe work in the way they are very polite and sociable and very very clean workers with a eye for detail even though it was drainage they were doing they refitted the toilets and replaced one as it broke no fault of there's and at no cost, they also replaced copper water pipes with new as they looked unsightly, I have used these guys before and were very pleased with them then and the results. We phoned Tim after my daughter had seen some good reviews. We needed advice after a drain was found to be collapsed by Yorkshire water and if it rained heavy water and what we think was sewerage was coming into the yard and this was our problem! Tim came and used his camera to check the problem and he gave us a quote that was very reasonable so we asked him to do the job. He worked hard all day in the blistering heat and never moaned, he had to dig pretty far down to fix the problem and when finished he left the site clean and tidy even better than it looked before. I had a long standing flooding issue in a cellar caused by a broken land drain running under the house, at times of heavy rain the cellar would always be under water. I asked Tim to call for some advice, he attended promptly and discussed the various options. There was no heavy selling just good honest advice. We decided to install a submersible sump pump. Tim came up with a detailed quotation and a reasonable price for the work involved. He and his colleague Dan came shortly afterwards and carried out the work. Tim sourced the pump equipment and ensured by liaising with the supplier that it was right for the job. They attended promptly and worked non stop all day, I estimated that they excavated and carried in and out of the cellar approximately four tons of debris and materials. This entailed carrying up and down steep cellar steps in mucky wet conditions. They had to walk through the longe and kitchen and I had dreaded the likely mess. They put down sheets and took up carpets and at the end of the job cleaned up thoroughly both inside and out. I literally could not tell they had been, amazing. The installation was carried out to a very high standard and exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend Tim and his team enough.

After months of issues with drainage and numerous companies failing to identify or fix the problem, I called Tim as he had been recommended. Tim responded promptly and swiftly identified a quite serious issue. Although the reality of the problem was quite overwhelming , Tim went above and beyond of what I would have expected. The work was completed in little time to a very professional standard and for a very good price. I have never had a tradesman to leave a site as clean and tidy as Tim did. He had done such a great job I doubt I will require his service in the future, but I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.
