James serviced and fixed our (gas) boiler. His encyclopaedic knowledge was evident from the first conversation when he accurately predicted the fault with the system. He arrived on time, completed the work with the minimum of fuss and offered excellent value despite you having to dismantle the entire unit to flush the rear pipes . An excellent experience from start to finish. There’s not a single thing in the whole process that I could suggest improvement on.

Brilliant service from this company! They’re like a breath of fresh air in an industry where tradesmen often let you down. Lisa who works in the office has a great telephone manner, she always answers the phone and if busy she’ll ring you back. We’ve used them to service our boiler but also for a bigger job to upgrade the gas pipes and to change a faulty hot water cylinder. Marshal and his colleague Jack turned up on time, worked very diligently and efficiently, and did a very professional job. Our system is once again in perfect working order.
