This place is the best hairdressers I’ve ever had. I moved to Stourbridge in 2015. I’ve lived in Manchester, Wolverhampton & Telford since and I will always travel back. Steph is great, easy going & always so helpful. It’s always a laid back atmosphere. Lou & Liv are also so welcoming & friendly. Highly recommended!

Amazing hair salon, got my highlights and haircut done here for holiday and they turned out even better than I expected, I would highly recommend especially as they are so affordable as well, might be best price for service in town Thanks from Mandy xx

On entering the salon I received a warm welcome from all the stylists. From start to finish I was looked after, checking if I was comfortable, wanting something to read or a or refill of the complimentary drink selection (which the coffee selection had seasonal syrups and there were other selections). Everyone is so friendly, conversational and make the whole experience just a pleasure. (I am not usually someone who enjoys going to the hairdresser). Lori took real care and detail in achieving the colour and style I presented to her. I couldn’t be happier with the results and I’m booked in again for a refresh. Highly recommend blissandblisshair!

My first salon appointment in many years and the anxiety was real!! There was no need. The staff are welcoming and my stylist Ruby was exceptional. She was kind and patient and worked her magic. The end result I was blown away with. Please don’t feel anxious like I did, there’s no need. This salon is awsome. The staff are so attentive and what put the cherry on the cake for me was another staff member commented on Ruby’s work. Wow what a fabulous team x

I absolutely love having my hair done at Bliss and Bliss! It is by far the best hairdressers around. From the minute you walk into the salon you are made to feel welcomed and comfortable. The stylists are amazing ( I have Jay and Lawson) and they really listen to what you want. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I always leave the salon looking and feeling fantastic!! Chloe does my colour and always achieves whatever I ask for even though I can be a pain with always wanting to change it up🤣 and Sophie does my extensions and slays every time! the DREAM duo when it comes to my hair😍 always have the best appointment with a good Yap and gossip! gorgeous salon, great atmosphere and whenever I’ve had to bring my new born in they’ve also been so accommodating!💗💗💗

Recent client of both Jade and Chloe. Always happy with the balayage Jade does she always listens to exactly how I want my hair and we are on a hair care journey together and I am always impressed with the colour and cut she does. My hair has maintained its integrity even when Jade bleaches my hair. Chloe is also an amazing stylist that did me an amazing messy up do for my birthday which stayed in the entire night! Both are very professional hairdressers and would 100% recommend the salon!

*THEY PREFORM MIRACLES* I’ve been blonde, to dark and back to blonde SO many times, and each time these girls make it look effortless! I’ve followed Sophie for years, and I am always getting complimented on my extensions and how well she matches them! Chlo is an actual miracle worker getting my hair from being so dark to super light blonde! It’s a talent! Everyone in the salon makes me feel at home, and I love going for a little bit of TLC. Thank you for always making me laugh, and making my hair look absolutely incredible! Highly recommend these lovely girls! xxx

WOW!! The hair dressers done a really wonderful job on my daughters hair. I explained what she wanted and she done it exactly, my daughter loves it. I am giving this place 4 stars. Lovely service and great haircuts by Charlotte. Would definitely come if I need a tidy up. The only downside I find is that they don't do beards. I am a bearded man and I like when someone shapes my beard with a detailer or razor however they don't offer the service. If they did then it would be 5 stars. If they start offering then I'd be here regularly. Regards

Only been going 3 times, but excellent friendly service every time. Emma cuts my hair and always gets it how I like it. Prices are excellent, give them a call you wont regret it.

Absolutely fabulous Salon, all the girls are so knowledgeable and no question is too silly! I've been coming here years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. My latest treatment was the IPL pigmentation on an area of my chest that really bothered me since a teenager. Karen explained in great detail what was going to happen and the possible side effects etc and I can honestly say it's transformed my life, from being super self conscious, especially in the summer time to happily wearing tops that will show off my decollete area. I come here every month for an eyebrow tint and wax and I've never been disappointed in the slightest. If I ever need any beauty treatments at all, I know I can put my trust in the girls here.

This was my first experience with waxing and it honestly couldn’t have been better. Rosy was so kind and caring, and really took the time to make me feel comfortable. She talked me through every step, and explained everything she was doing. I will definitely be returning !!! :)

If you are scared of waxing, or new to waxing, THIS is the place for you. Rosy is so warm, friendly and professional. She really put me at ease and made me feel like there was absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about in terms of my intimate waxing. Rosy was very thorough too. This was my first visit and I have already booked in for another treatment (without pressure from Rosy). Honestly, I won't be going anywhere else from now on!

Rosy is very welcoming and extremely professional. She made me feel at ease and talked me through the whole process and the benefits of hot waxing compared with strip waxing. An overall fab experience for my first ever wax! Rosy is a lovely lady and can’t wait to return for my next appointment

Sandra cut my hair beautifully. She's the only hairdresser I've ever seen who actually talked me into keeping my hair long. They usually end up lopping loads off and I come out disappointed. This time I came out feeling fabulous. I'm booked in again for the summer. Really nice lady and she did a lovely job. Reasonably priced too. Thanks so much.

So I’ve been to B’s twice now, and to say impressed would be the understatement of the year!!! I went initially based off her reviews and brilliant website, and was not disappointed! My first visit was for reflexology at her previous premises which were immaculate! She explained the treatment, chatted and made me feel at ease, listening to my needs, requirements and even my life story 😳 My second visit was to the new premises which are equally if not more emaculate and beautifully serene. This time I took my daughter too, and am soon to take my Mom. Full body massage and reflexology for me and neck, shoulder and back massage for my daughter. Bal is an amazing person, professional, compassionate, friendly and very highly skilled, and I would have no problem and in fact would actively encourage anyone to go to her, you will not be disappointed.

After taking part in a charity run throughout February, I have been having trouble with my back and right glute. A friend had mentioned trying cupping treatment and I saw that Bal did this in her salon. I went last week for a session to give it an go to try and get some, any relief and WOW the difference already the day after. I hadn’t ran for 3 weeks and gave it a go yesterday, a week after the cupping treatment. 4 miles later and my back still feels amazing! Shall be visiting again for another session after Easter. Lovely salon, free parking to the front and Bal is brilliant. Highly recommend x

My husband has been visiting Bal for the last couple of months for reflexology. He has health problems and circulation difficulties. His feet and legs were always cold and he had pins and needles. Since having reflexology from Bal, this has all stopped. He recently added a back and neck massage and thinks she has magic hands. Thank you Bal, you’ve made such a difference!

I have had many massages but Bal is one of the best. The pressure she uses is amazing and after 2 massages I have started to feel much better. I am now going fortnightly and then eventually monthly to keep on top of the tension. I love it and highly recommend this lady. Thank you 😃
