I just recently found Anett and I feel so lucky to do so. I have an amazing experience while getting my hair done by Anett. She is a true professional with real passion and love for her job. I had balayage, cut and styling and I can say, this was the 1st time when a hairdresser actually listened to what I wanted and delivered the result beautifully. Thank you very much Anett.

Great group of women running this place, you always feel welcome and they are full of helpful advice. I even took my young daughters for a trim recently and Lauren was superb with them, they had a great time, she was very patient.

Jenny is amazing. She was recommended by a friend many years ago and since then my mum had her eyebrows microbladed and then I've just had mine done. She is so professional, pays attention to detail and makes you feel relaxed and talks you through everything including aftercare. My best friend is now planning to book in aswell! Had a brilliant experience, got my hair dyed - not the easiest because it’s jet black. Very welcoming staff, didn’t burn my scalp with bleach, overall I’d highly recommend and come here again.

Walked past this hairdressers for a while and decided to give it a try, don't regret it for one moment. Hairdresser was lovely, couldn't have had a better experience, very friendly, good to get along with. My hair cut was gorgeous, not too scissor happy, she cut off exactly how much I wanted and it was styled beautifully. Will definitely be booking myself in here again :)

I really enjoy my trips the Hair Lounge. Even in these difficult times. They have so got it right. I really feel safe and protected. On top of that I am always guaranteed a fabulous haircut. I regularly get complements on my hair following my visits. Greg always does a great job.

Any woman that has not had their hair done here yet needs to book in! Becky, the stylist, is fantastic. I always leave there with my hair coloured, cut, and styled to absolute perfection. Suranne will look after you as soon as you walk in, will make you as many coffees as you like, and even takes music requests if you ask nicely. The salon itself is lovely. The prices are also very reasonable, which means I can treat myself to a haircut more often!

The B-Hive Hair Lounge in Stourbridge can only be described as a 5* salon and more, excellent service and hospitality. Interior design of the new salon space has been created and personally crafted beautifully by Becky and her husband. A lovely couple who are very hands on creative and innovative on so many levels. It is always a pleasure to spend an hour or two in the new salon. Such a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere to chill and relax with lovely friendly staff and clients. Becky is a star and I am so grateful she been my hairdresser for over 10 years. I could not imagine going to any other hairdresser. Becky is an extremely experienced, professional and creative hairdresser I would recommend highly to anyone. I trust Becky 110% to cut, colour, restyle my hair and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. B-hive is owned by my beautiful younger sister, she has worked so hard to get the salon of her dreams, b-hive has a fantastic atmosphere, exceptional customer service and a very talented hair stylist with competitive prices. B-hive is the place to be. I have had my hair styled by Rebecca since her college days and I have not once had a bad experience and wouldn't go anywhere else. Suranne is also very professional when welcoming new clients and taking appointments, 5 stars all around. :-)

As someone who only recently discovered I have wavy/curly hair, I was a bit nervous trying somewhere completely new. But Becky worked her magic, and turns out my hair wasn’t the problem—it was just a bad cut! She added gorgeous layers that frame my face perfectly, making my waves come to life. Since the cut, I’ve been getting so many compliments, and honestly, I just walked in and trusted Becky without even bringing a reference pic. Safe to say, she delivered! I’ll deffo be going back 🫶🏽

I am giving this place 4 stars. Lovely service and great haircuts by Charlotte. Would definitely come if I need a tidy up. The only downside I find is that they don't do beards. I am a bearded man and I like when someone shapes my beard with a detailer or razor however they don't offer the service. If they did then it would be 5 stars. If they start offering then I'd be here regularly. Regards

Been in twice this week to get holiday ready! Firstly had a Leg and Bikini Wax with Lisa. She made me feel super comfortable with such an intimate treatment and made sure I was happy. Then I had my nails done with Safia. This was my first time meeting Safia and she was so lovely and friendly. I went in with an idea for my nails and she helped to make it a reality.
