The spa is small but gorgeous and more importantly well hidden from busy Gatwick. I discovered the Beauty Bar some time ago when working at the airport. If you are after treatment up to highest standard and service with passion, this place is for you. Last Thursday I had microdermabrasion and head massage. It was so relaxing and my skin looks great too. Thank you very much Kal - I will be back!

Hidden gem on the first floor of Sofitel. Book an appointment online 10% off for a first time visitor. She provides massages, customized facials, manicures and pedicures. I had a wonderfully relaxing facial that really helped with my jet lag and travel-tired appearance. I would visit Kal again.

This salon is a hidden gem at the Sofitel Gatwick, shh, keep it to yourselves!!! Seriously though, Kal provides an excellent service, my luxury pedicure is still perfect almost three weeks after it was done. The foot mask was a complete treat and bearing in mind it was more than a year since my last mani/pedi, Kal took it all in her stride. Both hands and feet were lovely for my winter sun trip. I have been staying at the Sofitel for more than 20 years, now that I have discovered the Beauty Bar, it will be a regular start to my holidays. Thank you Kal!

I had a few hours to kill at the airport and looked up spa on google. I was so excited to find somewhere to get a facial, massage, and manicure that I went right away to the Sofitel. Confused as to where the spa was, I asked the concierge where it was. He said that he hadn't seen the lady today and gave me a number to call. The lady was very kind and tried to accommodate me, but informed me that it was not a spa, but a beauty salon that I had to book in advance. I was disappointed, but left knowing that I would return. I wish this place had better marketing so that it would always be busy and available!
