Hannah was amazing! I finally found “my” hairdresser after trialling and testing several hairdressers in the area! Hannah asked me lots of questions to understand what I like and listened attentively, she suggested different options which we discussed, I chose what I wanted and she delivered the result exactly as expected! Hannah is not only a great professional but a lovely person as well - being in the salon for a few hours can be so boring but I felt I was talking to a friend so time passed by pretty quickly. There were 2 other lovely hairdressers which were busy as well, but it was so nice to see that when they were available they were all helping each other, nice teamwork and culture in the salon. I’m very happy with my hair and the overall experience (and I loved the coffee too hahaha), will be coming back again! :)

After searching for months I decided to donate my hair through valerie french and it was my best decision ever… the staff was so kind. I got my hair cut beyond my expectation I love it 😍…. Thank you so much 😊 I would definitely recommend everyone and can’t wait to go back to try other treatments ❤️

Lisa is professional friendly and is a really good hairdresser. I have used her for many years and like some hairdressing salons they get complacent. She gives good advice. She will tell you if something may not suit you, but you can guarantee you’ll get a good haircut and go out feeling a million dollars! The prices are competitive and I would highly recommend both Lisa and the Valerie French hairdressing salon.

Really enjoyed my experience at Valerie French today. I was lucky to get Shannon, who was very competent and so pleasant. She listened to me and made sure she understood, and then took great care to cut my hair the way I wanted. She was also very polite and friendly. Will definitely return and ask for her.

I've been to Valerie French a few times now and always had a fantastic experience. I visited several other salons in the area but the team at Valerie French were by far the most friendly and welcoming. They took time out to genuinely understand what I wanted and offered advice to help bring together a look that was both what I wanted and what would work with my hair. This visit I had a colour with some highlights and a tidy up cut and I am loving it all so much! It's exactly what I wanted and I feel fabulous 😍 It's a very comfortable, relaxing environment and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Valerie French to anyone! In an industry that has a high turnover of staff generally, another thing that sets Valerie French apart is the fact that their staff stay! That's always a great sign to me and is comforting as a customer, to be able to see the same faces every time you go. The team are very supportive of each other and there's a real bond there which adds to the truly lovely experience of visiting Valerie French!
