Being new to an area it is always pot luck when trying out new places. I had my first visit to this hairdressers yesterday and cannot tell you how happy I am with my new cut. I found the staff extremely welcoming and my stylist Jessica was lovely. I definitely recommend them for customer service and value for money, will definitely be going back.

I love this local salon. Their services are reasonably priced and staff are really friendly and always do a great job - have been coming here for a couple of years now and plan to keep coming back for the foreseeable future!

I am absolutely in love with my hair after getting a spiral perm from Barrie! He is truly incredible at his job, with such great attention to detail and skill. The atmosphere in his salon is so calming and relaxing, which made the entire experience even better. Amazing lash tech. Not only were the results of my lash lift were phenomenal, from wearing false lashes for years and finally taking the plunge to go natural, I couldn't quite believe the results. I felt pampered and relaxed with a lovely little hand massage while the tint was developing, and such a lovely lady to talk to aswell. 100% recommended.

She did an incredible job with my hair extensions! perfect color match, seamless blend, and flawless application. My hair looks and feels so natural, with gorgeous length and volume. Elise was professional, friendly, and really took the time to make sure everything was just right. The quality of the extensions is outstanding, and the application was comfortable and secure. I had a full head of blonde highlights done by Hayley on Wednesday. She is absolutely wonderful!!!!!! My hair was about 4 different colours and badly needed done. It's absolutely perfect. She's brilliant. The staff are kind, polite, patient, it's a lovely modern salon with massage chairs when you get your hair washed! I nearly fell asleep! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this salon! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how cozy and inviting the atmosphere is. The staff are incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you receive. But what truly sets this salon apart is the hair washing chair—it has a massage function! I couldn’t believe how relaxed I felt; I actually enjoyed spending two hours there without losing my patience. It was like a mini spa day. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch service and a relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I haven’t gone to a salon for years and sadly the lady that did do my hair from her home moved on so I was highly recommended eighty. Hayley did my hair and I’m really pleased with the copper result I wanted. We had to chop my long hair because it was in bad condition and I was nervous about this as I like having long hair however knew it needed it. Hayley spoke to me throughout and kept me well informed. Although it’s shorter it’s in much better condition and Hayley hit the nail On the head with colour. I will definitely be going back and can’t wait to start my healthy hair journey with the girls. The salon is self its well represented clean and a lovely cosy atmosphere. All the ladies are amazing. Would recommend.

I have been to Jade twice at Purity for lip filler. This was the first time I had ever had this procedure done and was so nervous on arrival. But Jade made me feel so relaxed, with her being SO knowledgeable about her work and her enthusiasm to answer any questions I felt so comfortable. Jade was so patient with me and so professional! Overall it took around 2 sessions for me to get my desired lips and I am so happy with the result. I will definitely be returning and hopefully try some of her other treatments!

Jade is generally such a lovey person, so easy to talk to and down to earth. I had my makeup done by her and it honestly looked amazing, it lasted all night too! I couldn’t find any faults with the service whatsoever, I highly recommended her. She’s recently moved to a new location and the room she uses is lovely, so cosy. It also has plenty of parking, which is free so that’s always a bonus!

I had been wanting a facial for over a year but needed to wait for my acne to settle down and heard great reviews about Jade, and she didn't disappoint!! I had a luxury dermaplaning and it was excellent,I let NO ONE touch my face but she made me feel at ease and made me feel brilliant during and after my treatment. Such a lovely welcoming experience visiting this salon. From the services provided by Liz, Millie and Suzanne it always feels like a retreat service being provided. Paige is such a lovely young apprentice (as are they all) but she is really focused and committed to her duties and her head massage is a real treat after a long week of life! Love visiting these ladies who make you feel like part of their family and allow you to step away from a hectic schedule to be pampered and listened to like when old friends reunite. The team at Pimms are amazing from Anna’s welcome, to the last goodnight, they’re simply amazing. And they make you look and feel like a million dollars when you leave. Hairdressing at its best 💗

First time coming to Pimms. My appointment was booked for after lunch on a Saturday but I called last minute on Saturday morning to see if my hair can be done in the morning instead. I was so happy that they managed to fit me in that same morning even though they might have been busy. My hair was done by lovely Grace. She was so lovely & even advised me on what oil to use/buy for my hair. I have been using it & can really tell the difference. You make me feel confident with my hair again. I had my teeth whitened for the first time ever and it was a great experience. Lauren was so welcoming and explained every step, so I felt totally relaxed. I also had a spray tan, which again I felt totally at ease and has turned out exactly as I like it. Lauren is so skilled and fabulous at all the treatment she offers. I have peels for my skin quality and the results have been brilliant, I also have therapeutic facials which includes several healing methods such as hot stones, facial reflexology, ice globes and head shoulder massage. I suffer disabling migraines and Lauren has magic hands and - come out feeling so relaxed and re balanced. She has a wide base of knowledge incredible ability at what she offers in her beautiful home salon. I extremely recommend her. She also can guide you to suitable home skin care regime.

I’ve been having my hair done at Studio 12 with Tierney for a few years now and highly recommended. Tierney always listens to what I’m looking for… whether it’s asking for bright blonde highlights in time for my wedding, or a more natural balayage to help with my root re-growth during the early stages of parenthood, to more recently an all over bright copper that I love! Results are always above and beyond what I imagined every time I visit and the ladies at Studio 12 are all so welcoming and inviting it makes the couple hour sessions worth it!
