I visited HOB to have my patch test. When I was served by the manager she was warm, friendly and instantly put me at ease. She helped me find an ideal colour choice on Pinterest and then the colourist, Leah, talked me through the colouring process. They worked out the price of the colour and cut ahead of my appointment next week so I won’t have a nasty surprise. The manager then kindly use a Color Wow cover up to help me cover up my greys, free of charge. I always dread the hairdressers but this was a lovely experience and means I’m excited about my appointment next week.

This is a review for Olivia. Excellent hair stylist. Olivia did a superb job and took her time. The whole experience was a real treat. I love my new cut ( trim) and I will definitely be revisiting and hopefully able to request Olivia.

Had a great haircut in Hobb today. All the staff were lovely. My hair was cut by a young lady who was learning the style. The stylist helping her was very patient with her and explained everything as they went along.

Umesha has been cutting my hair for more than six years , a challenge each time to restore my disorderly mop to some sense of style. She has approached this task each time with a smile and professionalism ( and probably compassion! ) and has listened patiently to whatever chatter I had to offer . So ,following Umesha’s departure to new pastures , I will very much miss these qualities . I wish her every success in her new role and am confident that she will bring her magic into her new role.
