I have been to Ugly Betty’s a few times now. Firstly for teeth whitening with Ange. Ange made me feel so at home and I was so impressed with the results. I’ve also had eyebrow waxing, tinting and lash lift with the lovely Bee. I loved the results and really appreciated the time and care that Bee put in. What a wonderful salon with fantastic energy. Have been seeing Bee for my lashes for the last few years, I wouldn't go anywhere else! The atmosphere is always fun and energetic, bee's lashes are incredible and gentle on the eye. Her brows are 10/10 too! A wonderful family run business with very charismatic people. Always so friendly and helpful, you can see they genuinely love what they do and are invested in their craft and clients. Easy booking system, always fit you in and make you feel a million dollars 💜

Had my first experience at the retreat today with my daughter. It was so lovely!! A really nice relaxed atmosphere and the team were brilliant. My daughter loved getting her manicure and nails painted by Sam 😁 My daughter is also very conscious about her arms and Amy made her feel so at ease that we ended up booking more treatments as she loves that you offer junior treatments. we will be coming every month now to have a mother and daughter day!! Thank you!!! 😁

I've visited the retreat multiple times over several years and once again it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. The trainee who's name I unfortunately can't remember didn't feel like a trainee. It felt like the massage was being carried out by experienced hands

Wow! I booked in with Cate who is a apprentice at Maison hair for a balayage, cut and blow dry. All I can say is the girls are amazing. So friendly, extremely helpful. My hair looks amazing. I am very dark haired and wanted to go lighter and what a brilliant job Cate did. Well done Cate you should be so proud of yourself with the amount I hair I have you did an grand job. Will definitely be going back xx
