I've been going to Annie now for some time, so glad i found her, the salon is always a welcoming place for me, Annie is amazing with my skin, she has certainly transformed it, I get lots of compliments about my skin for my age, and i never miss a booking as i love the way the treatments make my skin feel, the products are lovely, i never use anything else now on my skin. To cap it all off, Annie is such a lovely lady, which makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable.

I’ve been having regular LED facials with Annie since January 23 and for the first time in over a decade my acne rosacea is under control, without antibiotics. I’m not someone who is comfortable usually with treatments and beauty rooms, but I have always felt relaxed with Annie who is kind, honest and funny. I would definitely recommend.

I have been having facial treatments with Annie for years now and she is consistently the perfect blend of professional, passionate and friendly. Her beauty room is tucked away in a very relaxing and tranquil space. Every treatment is performed to the highest standard and always enjoyable. Having suffered years of problem skin, Annie began a combination of hydrodermabrasion alongside tailored skincare products and my skin has been transformed. I’m so grateful and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I am coming to the end of a course of Microneedling with Annie. But will absolutely be coming back for further treatments! The results I have from Annie have been amazing and I am so pleased with what has been achieved. After each appointment, Annie has checked in with me a day or so after to ensure everything is ok. Amazing nails done today. Chelsey was professional and honest about all steps of the gel extensions ensuring that we were okay rather than getting a job done which was a lovely touch. Lovely lady and grateful for the work done. The service was provided in a clean and COVID secure environment and was put at ease straight away.

My son had severe anxiety with haircuts and used to cry/scream/lash out during appointments before going here. Since using this place he's like a different child. I enjoyed a therapeutic Lymph Drainage massage this week with Rochelle. I was recovering from a virus so felt it would jump start my immune system. It was a thorough full body massage and I left feeling good. However, during the evening I developed a very bad headache, so retired to bed. Woke the next day feeling refreshed and continue to feel well. I recommend following Rochelle’s advice about diet following the massage.

Incredible salon!! Every visit to Rochelles brings me great joy. I find myself looking forward to each appointment as if going to have coffee with a dear friend. The staff are superb, not only in the level of care taken to provide me with a professional and friendly service, excellent treatments and a wide range of appointment availability but in the enjoyment they show in their roles. The salon is a beautiful space and always so clean. On most occasions I’m taken into my appointment early and always offered a drink. Thankyou ladies, for always looking after me and my eyebrows!

I love coming here for treatments; the girls are all lovely, the setting is relaxing and I’m always so happy with my brows. Once again I came away from this excellent barbers' shop more than very satisfied with everything. They asked what I'd like them to do my hair, listened carefully to my answers and proceeded, in a very professional way, to do exactly as I had asked; checking all the time with me that I was satisfied with their work. Can't recommend them strongly enough.

I got a great haircut here today! Really friendly young barber, and up for a good old chat. Considering I've travelled the best part of 11,000 miles to get to Shaftesbury, it was worth the effort! Probably get my next haircut back home in Australia, though 😉

My hairdresser was very informal and was able to give me the best advice on the condition of my hair and a small spot on my scalp. I was initially happy with the color I received and the cut, even though the cut was shorter than expected.
