I had the lovely hairdresser Mea do a full head of highlights on my hair. Such a comfortable environment and all the stuff made sure that you got something to drink and was looked after. The hair turned out beautifully. Would highly recommend.

I have been going to Robin James for 12 years because of its quality and consistency. Aveda colours are also very kind to the hair. Joanne has been my hair stylist since she qualified. She really cares about her work and takes pride in doing a really good job. She is talented and thoughtful and fun to spend an hour or two with! I totally recommend her services without reservation.

Had my hair done by emily 30/7 Lovley lady and very engaging really great price and left with lovley results and feeling far more confident! Taught me how to use rollers properly for some good volume! Will definitely be coming back!

Amber has literally transformed my hair into something amazing. Amber is friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. I wasn’t sure how short I wanted my hair at first but I am so happy with my cut. Definitely would recommend this hair salon to anyone! :)

Having talked with Adam and given him some idea of what I wanted style-wise, I left the details to him and am absolutely thrilled with the result. Best haircut I've ever had (and five weeks on it still looks good). All my friends have commented on how well the style suits me, a number have asked me where I had it done and at least one friend has called in to SGM Hair as a result. I don't live on the doorstep, but will now happily make the 45-mile round trip to Dorchester. A 100% positive experience. Oh, and they serve great coffee, too!

I can't rate this Salon any higher, just amazing! Bethany and Theresa chatted to me with advice first before I booked my appointment. I happened to do a big mistake with a hair colour change and nothing was too much trouble from Bethany with my hair. The end result is outstanding and I'm so very happy after my colour re-correction. I’ve always been a bit funny with who does my eyebrows but I trust Jayda 100%, she does a beautiful job on them 🤩 She’s the kindest person I’ve ever met and she makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the room. I went to see Jayda Rose for a double session of radiofrequency skin tightening. Her room was warm and cosy, located above Elysian hairdressers on the Dorchester Rd. After 4 years on high dose steroids (40 to 60mgs a day) and despite losing weight, I was left with a considerable amount of excess fatty, loose skin all around my neck, and some on my face. I wasn't expecting much difference. However, the results were amazing and instant. I actually have a chin and a large amount of the excess tissue around my neck and some lines on my face have disappeared after my first session! The procedure was painless and felt like a warm facial. There were no side effects, such as red skin or blotches. Jadya was professional and friendly and has undertaken an extensive amount of training and courses. I would highly recommend jayda👌 ❤️ Update 18th Dec 2024: I have now had a cours of 10 sessions costing £279. The results are astonishing. I didn't even think this was possible. For any doubters I only adopted my rescue Yorkie, Lily in August. So I have not spent a lot of time to achieve the results below. I feel like I'm back to my old self. No needles as I'm on warfarin. I had another lovely visit to The Highbrow Clinic, always greeted with a lovely warm welcome and whenever I visit it always feels like a treat. I had my nails done with Caitlin and she was fantastic, such an amazing eye for detail, thorough and I walked away with the most perfect nails. She was engaging and chatty and it was such a treat. I've been going to nail bars for a while, but today having had BAIB nails at The Highbrow, I won't be going back to nail bars. The whole experience was just a treat, start to finish and with a great end result. Thanks Highbrow x
