What a fabulous salon!!! I moved to Dorset from West London last year, and was concerned about the quality of hairdressing in a country village, being used to going to Trevor Sorbie. I needn't have worried when I chose the Salon on the square.... A beautiful environment, highly professional stylists and colorists... I had balayage and a really sassy bob cut.... I look fantastic!!! I had my first cut and colour with Claire.. She's brilliant (and sweet and funny), then, as she wasn't available for colour next time, I was looked after by Poppy, who was equally accomplished, and so, so lovely! Back again today for an even sassier and shorter bob with Claire again, and, after cutting my hair beautifully, I asked for shorter she obliged with a smile - even though she missed her lunch, due to me being THAT customer... You know, the one that's a bit of a pain in the A**. Bless her. Go.. Have a great experience!

Janemarie and all the team have been and continue to be amazing, they have looked after me so well, having broken my shoulder it has been impossible to wash my hair and do my nails, so I have been a regular visitor the past 3 weeks, and they have been so generous and caring. My first CACI facial (got a block of 10 as a birthday present) and Sharon was brilliant. She talked me through what the process and checked I was OK throughout. And it was great - restful and pampering. I don’t look twenty years younger (yet!) but my skin is glowing and I feel very relaxed. Can’t wait for session two.

Lauren gives me a wonderful gel manicure. The products used are top quality and last me a full 4 weeks without any chips. The salon is beautiful very welcoming and chic. I'm glad to have found a new local nail tech that i will be sticking with, as long as they will have me 😁. Keep up the good work ladies x

Elizabeth Jayne is such an amazing salon as soon as you walk in you get greeted with a smile and someone there to hang up your coat, it’s got such a lovely feel and obviously is beautiful to look at, all staff so friendly and chatty, I get my hair and nails done by the lovely Lauren have been with Amie and Lauren for over a year now and love it so much such a high quality salon and professionalism and great prices too! I have been going to Elizabeth Jayne for a while now and I honestly would not turn to any other hairdressers to do my hair! After many years of loosing trust in having my hair done because something always seems to go wrong and I end up not happy and not confident in myself; I moved to corfe Mullen and was so drawn to the beautiful decor in the salon at Elizabeth Jayne!! I got to speak to Amie herself (owner) and she listened to my ideas and truly grasped what I wanted for my hair and she amazes me with the results every time! All the ladies are lovely and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I would definitely recommend Elizabeth Jayne (especially Amie 🤭) with flying colours 🫶🏼

Hannah was amazing, in fact a miracle worker. I'd have said my hair was wavy, I left with proper curls and a whole load of knowledge about how to recreate at home. She was so helpful and knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend for a curly cut even if you think your hair "isn't that curly".

I’ve been trusting Head Shed with my curls for a couple of years now and so when I started planning my wedding, I knew they’d be the perfect team to do my wedding hair. Hannah was incredible, understanding exactly what I wanted and on the day made my curls look the best they’ve ever looked! I have all of my beauty treatments at Blushington, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The salon is lovely with a relaxing vibe. I love nothing more than getting a quick hour away from work for some girlie chat and getting my nails done.

I visited for the first time for a lash lift and tint and had such a positive experience. The team were really friendly and I felt comfortable throughout. I’ve already made another booking to have my nails done and will definitely be returning for another lift and tint in the future!

Beautiful place and wonderful people. They are passionate about using good quality natural products and techniques which really appealed to me and they took the time to explain the process of my treatments. I have had a few eyelash tints & lifts and I recently had an amazing facial which I could highly recommend.

My daughter had her nails done and said they were the best she had ever had done. The girls were lovely and chatty. We were offered Prosecco and it was more like a girlie party than the usual experience. I will definitely go to get my nails done there

I had perfect haircut today, it was my first time going to a hair salon here in the UK and it was the most amazing experience. Isabelle did my hair cut and blow dry, I was surprised by hair massage while having my hair washed which was definitely a plus for me, so relaxing and good. Loved the way my hair looks, so shiny, light and bouncy. Definitely will be returning

Sarah, Lisa and Katie are simply fantastic. So helpful and professional, everyone is made to feel welcome. Wimborne has many barbers and hairdressers but essential hair stands out.

I have not had my hair cut or styled for over 20 years, but stumbled upon a 10% off coupon on facebook and went for a consultaton at the salon. I was shown a picture that I liked and had my hair done straight away. I still have the same style and continue to go to the salon every 4 weeks to keep on top off it. Katie always does a lovely job and I've found a salon for life. They always listen to your requests which is a rare find in many other salons.

Natasha is amazing. I have been going here now for a number of months for bikini line and armpits and the results are amazing!! I honestly didn’t expect it to be so good. The most important part for me and why I kept coming was that Tash makes you feel so comfortable and is so welcoming during something that is incredibly personal! Natasha is just the most amazing person I’ve met, I went to her with wanting to get lip fuller due to body dysmorphia and I cannot express how much she has helped me to learn to love myself. I love how welcoming Natasha is to every body. LGBTQ+ friendly which is absolutely amazing. Everyone feels welcome and at home in her clinic. I cannot recommend her enough !!! I have been visiting Riva for several years now and every time I have my hair done I am always absolutely thrilled. Today I had my foil highlights and hair cut by Abbie. She really took on board my concerns with my colour and how I wanted it more blended and the outcome is perfect as Is my hair cut. Abbie is so kind and caring and I really enjoy her company when I see her at the salon. If I could give 10 stars I would. You get top level service without having to pay a fortune. I'm very pleased with my colour and cut. Both Chloe and Abi have been great. Very friendly and professional and use excellent products. My hair hasn't looked this good for ages. The salon is lovely too. Nice location and clean and airy inside. All in all a nice relaxing experience. I can recommend.

My first time at Riva and Abbie is amazing! I had a style and colour I didn’t like that was well overdue for a cut and colour-Abbie really listened in the consultation and knew what I wanted. Had my haircut yesterday and am so thrilled! Beautiful shade and an amazing cut to get to where I want it and eventually have the style I am working towards when grown!
