Had a haircut today at 8am! Took no time at all and I was very pleased. I will be returning.

Have used Emma's a few times now, both at Courtyard and now in their new Salon. I have always been really satisfied with my cut. Previously, I have had Charlotte and she's very good. More recently I gave Freya ( their Level 3 apprentice) a go and she was also very good, and I was reassured with the fact her work was checked over before finishing to ensure it was up to standard, (which it was!). I always find the pricing very reasonable also so all round happy with the service and will definitely be back. Thank you.

Had my first appointment at the lovely new salon today, which is only 5 mins more in the car and has such easy parking. I'm notoriously bad at self care, and the ladies are just brilliant at making me feel relaxed - and I'm so bloomin' chuffed with my hair! Charlotte did my cut and colour. So natural and everything I'd hoped for, again. Freya did my wash and blow-dry, and added some lovely curls as a bonus, too. I hate too hot water or driers, and Freya honestly gave the best wash, scalp massage, condition and dry I've ever had. She really listened to what I wanted. Hubby has no choice but to take my new hair out for dinner now! Thanks so much, ladies.

I have been going to Lauren now for nearly a year. My nails were in a terrible state when i first arrives. Lauren is a 10/10 nail tech, so friendly and polite, makes the environment so comfortable and enjoyable!" She is very professional and there is nothing she can't do... all you have to do is ask. I would highly recommend you pay a visit to the salon. My nails have never looked more fab so thank you Lauren.

Lauren gives me a wonderful gel manicure. The products used are top quality and last me a full 4 weeks without any chips. The salon is beautiful very welcoming and chic. I'm glad to have found a new local nail tech that i will be sticking with, as long as they will have me 😁. Keep up the good work ladies x

I have been going to Elizabeth Jayne for a while now and I honestly would not turn to any other hairdressers to do my hair! After many years of loosing trust in having my hair done because something always seems to go wrong and I end up not happy and not confident in myself; I moved to corfe Mullen and was so drawn to the beautiful decor in the salon at Elizabeth Jayne!! I got to speak to Amie herself (owner) and she listened to my ideas and truly grasped what I wanted for my hair and she amazes me with the results every time! All the ladies are lovely and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I would definitely recommend Elizabeth Jayne (especially Amie 🤭) with flying colours 🫶🏼

Aimee was lovely and spent time on discussing what I wanted in terms of style. My mission….not to be confused with my mom from behind!! So she checked pics of my mom’s hair too to make sure no twinning was going to take place. Love my new cut!! Coffee, pastries and massage chairs and very friendly staff all round.

Popped in on my lunch break for a simple fringe cut - Caroline did an amazing job and even though it was just a little trim, it made such a difference to my overall hair look just the way she cut it! She made me feel welcome and was super kind! Thank you 🥰 I will be back when I’m in the area next!

I travel from london to get my hair done here. It’s worth the journey. Sean makes you feel at home, and the massage when he washes your hair is blissful! I always get a half head blonde highlights. Highly recommend!

My first time at Riva and Abbie is amazing! I had a style and colour I didn’t like that was well overdue for a cut and colour-Abbie really listened in the consultation and knew what I wanted. Had my haircut yesterday and am so thrilled! Beautiful shade and an amazing cut to get to where I want it and eventually have the style I am working towards when grown! Definitely now a keeper of a hairdresser 👍👌❤️

I'm very pleased with my colour and cut. Both Chloe and Abi have been great. Very friendly and professional and use excellent products. My hair hasn't looked this good for ages. The salon is lovely too. Nice location and clean and airy inside. All in all a nice relaxing experience. I can recommend.

Been having my hair done with Abbie for a while now and I’m always so happy with it. The salon is a nice environment to have a chat whilst getting your hair done! Very professional and listens to what you want but also gives advice if you’re unsure, Abbie is attentive - I’ve had other hairdressers charge me senior prices when it has been their juniors doing majority of the work, but Abbie is on it from start to finish, exactly what I want!. I’ve moved slightly away from the area but still come back for my appointments 🤍

I have been visiting Riva for several years now and every time I have my hair done I am always absolutely thrilled. Today I had my foil highlights and hair cut by Abbie. She really took on board my concerns with my colour and how I wanted it more blended and the outcome is perfect as Is my hair cut. Abbie is so kind and caring and I really enjoy her company when I see her at the salon. If I could give 10 stars I would. You get top level service without having to pay a fortune. Excellent friendly salon and you cant beat their prices. I have difficult to cut curly hair and I am in safe hands at hairology. I highly recommend the highlights too as they take great care here and do a fantastic job.

Lovely, friendly but highly professional salon. Stylists are very experienced and really listen and understand what you want, at the same time gently guiding you to something better. Everyone is helpful and I was even able to take my own hair colour in and, for a very reasonable price, have them apply it for me. Their hair colour is also junk free and their price a lot less than previous salons I've known. I would recommend them to anyone and I met someone there who had been a customer for 16 years!

I recently took my 3 year old daughter here for her first trim of her slow growing curly locks. I also had my 6 year son in tow. It was just before Christmas so the salon was very busy. We arrived just in the nick of time and were made very welcome. Although it was crowded, space was quickly made for us to get seated and Kate was attended to with professionalism and care. My son can be a little energetic at times and did wander down the salon a couple of times to be rapidly called back by me. At no time did I feel that there was any negative feedback from that by the staff. In fact the children were offered a sweet as a treat and the staff enaged with them when they could particularly Natalie the owner. Kate left feeling very happy. While I was sat there, I was able to observe the quality of the work that the team were creating for the clients of all ages. I would highly recommend and look forward to taking Kate along in future.

Today was my first visit to Beautifully Gorgeous and it certainly won’t be my last. Claire was so lovely and welcoming and did an absolutely cracking job on my nails. Since my usual salon closed down I’ve had a couple of poor experiences and feel so happy to have found this salon and such a lovely beauty therapist in Claire. Can’t wait to go back!

So knowledgable and wanted to achieve the best for me. So much care was taken with my hair and was a relaxing experience. I've just had my second treatment at TS Beauty - and am so delighted that Tess has opened up in Blandford. I had a eyelash tint first, which was perfect, and I am very fussy about this. Second, I took advantage of the January offer and had an ESPA facial. This was pure bliss. Tess is highly professional, the treatment room is very pretty and relaxing, and the prices are unbeatable for the area. I have tried a number of different salons in the area, but yet to find one that I want to go back to. Thankfully my search is over. I will definitely be going back again, and again, and again......

Love coming to Maya beauty, Grace and Tia are always so friendly and welcoming. Been getting my nails done regularly for a while now with Grace and they are unrecognisable, so much stronger, love the shape & colour choices. I cannot recommend enough. I used to have acrylics but now, since coming to Maya for my nails, my natural nails are stronger than ever, no acrylics in sight, thanks to Grace and her guidance/ experience. My brows have never been so great and nor my lashes either. The girls are so friendly and kind and provide a 5* experience.

Grace and Tia are wonderful young women who have their finger on the pulse in their field. They are smart, beautiful and very clever business women. I have never “had my nails done” in my life. But now in my 50s, I adore Grace making my nails look beautiful, stronger and healthier. I love my nails. They look incredible due to the BIAB that Grace has introduced me to. My nails look better than ever, and they’re my nails - not acrylics. Grace and Tia are a dream team, along with Mabel, the salon pup, who is the most beautiful pooch in the world. I cannot recommend Maya Beauty enough. Always made to feel so welcome and the very best service.

I can honestly say I’m excited and look forward to each appointment! I’ve been going to Maya for just under 6 months and BIAB has changed my nails; long, strong and never having a breakage!
