Everything happens for a reason and in my case this couldn’t be more true. After a previous booking with another hair and makeup artist got cancelled, I contacted Bex in a panic to see if she had any availability for me. Bex was so helpful and accommodating and when I went for my hair and makeup trial, I couldn’t have wished for anything better. Bex has such a calming presence about her and this was definitely something I needed on the morning of my wedding day. How my hair and makeup looked was so much more than I could have dreamed off and she made me and my bridal party feel so beautiful. Shout out to any future brides, book Bex, you won’t be disappointed.

I couldn't recommend Bex enough! We booked Bex in August for myself (bride) and bridesmaid, mother, and mother-in-law. We all loved our hair and make-up on the day, she is truly talented at what she does and made us all feel so beautiful! My bridal party looked stunning! Bex fit in so effortlessly the morning of our wedding and made us feel so excited, she has been so friendly and professional from start to finish. From the trial, Bex instantly brought my vision of my bridal style to life and was everything I expected, I would recommend to anyone. Thank you Bex!

Bex was amazing and so very helpful from start to finish! She understood my brief perfectly and everyone felt great! I cannot recommend Bex enough, bridal hair and makeup can be expensive and something you might think you can do without but honestly if you can then it is well worth it. It was an absolute pleasure having Bex do mine and my bridesmaids hair and makeup for my wedding. She is a true professional! so friendly and efficient but also incredibly talented. She easily adapted to each of our chosen hairstyles and makeup looks and executed them all beautifully. We were all delighted with the end results and better yet!... they lasted all day/night. The makeup was so tasteful and classic and it stayed in place all day and didn't crack or crease. I opted for a half up, half down hairstyle with a Hollywood wave, which for someone with very heavy and thick hair, I was nervous about but it honestly was perfect and stayed in place so well all day. I couldn't recommend Bex enough! she's just FAB!!! xoxox

New Image are amazing. They give great advice, they listen to what you would like and if that is not possible they explain why and talk you through alternative options always listening to you along the way. We recently had the pleasure of visiting the new salon, stylish and tranquil. A lovely atmosphere, chilled music, welcoming. Jerry is our favourite stylist in the area, he always listens to what we want and gives us tips and tricks to look after our hair when we leave. First class.

This is my 4th hair cut with Jason, he's such a likeable gentleman always happy and clearly enjoys his job. The only man I know that can make me go from looking like a 5 to a straight 10! I honestly can't recommend his services high enough, thank you Jason.

The best hairdresser in Bournemouth /Poole/Christchurch area. I used to dye and bleach my hair at home for a years so I ended up with damaged dry hair and hairstyle like a caveman😁. I was looking for a good hairdresser who would listen what I want. Corina from Beauty Cuts literally saved my hair! I brought her picture of hair I like and she exceeded my expectations!! She is not just highly professional, has a great eye for a colour but she listens and does miracles. I feel always fantastic after visiting her salon. I can highly recommend her to anyone!!!

Sarah is lovely, puts you at ease and will adjust what she is doing to suit your skin type. Have had different treatments and will do again. Thoroughly recommend. If you want a professional treatment and to feel pampered then Serene is the place to go.

I have been to Sarah a few times now for lash tinting, lash extensions and brow lamination. She is a consummate professional and does an amazing job. My lashes and brows look fantastic and I always get compliments on them. I look forward to my appointments with her as its a lovely treat for me and Sarah is so lovely, it's like spending time with a friend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 1 hour relaxing facial massage at Serene Aesthetics. It was an hour of complete bliss. I was also happy that it was a full 1 hour treatment and I wasn’t short changed as I’ve experienced with other salons when the treatment time is shorter than advertised. My skin was also lovely, soft and smoother after the facial and I will definitely go back again for more facials and try the other services available. Thanks again! Xx

My wife has had her hair styled by Cat Jones for many years and she cannot fault her expertise. Her visit to the Salon is an excellent experience with such a friendly atmosphere and Cat will do her utmost to ensure you leave her very happy.

I was a first timer at The Hair & Beauty Lounge, Wallisdown Road. This lovely airy salon back in June having received a birthday voucher from my friend . I chose to have my nails done for my Grandson's wedding as never spoil myself in this girly way usually, so was a real treat. Well what a fabulous job Lacey did too. And to prove how pleased I was I’ve been back for infills every 4 weeks ever since. Being one of the older generation a couple of my nails started to crack vertically and get lines in as they do in advancing years. So this was a perfect solution and my nails now look so beautiful all the time. Having lovely looking nails is better than I thought it would be. Last time I had a massage, wasn’t the best (many years ago in a spa). so I had a low opinion on them. After hearing good reviews about the massages, I bit the bullet & booked in last night for today. Just left the salon after having the promotion offer on a full body/deep tissue massage with the complimentary Indian head massage. After today, I will be back in for regular treatments. Jess, the lovely lady who provided me with the most OUTSTANDING service. Jess made me feel relaxed, comfortable and confident within the treatment. The room had this beautiful music playing, very calming atmosphere. Asked about the areas that affect me most, asked me questions through out if I was okay, and the pressure was comfortable. Very, very warm welcoming. Top notch work and I’ll see you soon! 100% recommend Jess for a treatment, £45 is a great price for what I’ve had done today. I feel amazing, and the products used are beautiful.

Had a lovely hair cut today with Nadine. I didn't know what to do with my hair, but thanks to Nadine's knowledge I walked out with my hair looking much more healthy and with more volume! I also had a lovely head, neck and shoulder massage which was a really nice touch. Already booked back in for January! I visited for the first time after months of needing a cut. The staff were warm and welcoming , which was a fabulous first impression. My assigned styling was very honest, letting me know that she would prefer to pass me to a more senior stylist, due to my hairstyle. I appreciated this honesty. My cut wasn't cheap but it was really well done and I like the finished style. The head massage was wonderful and so relaxing ! I think I probably overshared my life (! Lol)but my stylist, who I believe is the proprietor, was very lovely and didn't once show any kind of impatience with me..she was great!

I recently took my 3 year old daughter here for her first trim of her slow growing curly locks. I also had my 6 year son in tow. It was just before Christmas so the salon was very busy. We arrived just in the nick of time and were made very welcome. Although it was crowded, space was quickly made for us to get seated and Kate was attended to with professionalism and care. My son can be a little energetic at times and did wander down the salon a couple of times to be rapidly called back by me. At no time did I feel that there was any negative feedback from that by the staff. In fact the children were offered a sweet as a treat and the staff enaged with them when they could particularly Natalie the owner. Kate left feeling very happy. While I was sat there, I was able to observe the quality of the work that the team were creating for the clients of all ages. I would highly recommend and look forward to taking Kate along in future.

It was my second appointment with Nadine today and my hair is just perfect - great colour and cut, exactly what I wanted. Nadine is very attentive and always listens to the customer's needs. And such a talented hairdresser, thank you! :)
