Lucky and Son fitted a 17ft (5m by 3m) by 10ft metal garage which required bolting to the ground. Also, the garage assembly required 100s of screws to be fitted. They provided a professional quality service, fitting the garage exceptionally, preceded by a quick prompt honest transparent quote. All this was carried out with humility and character. Thank you for your service, and l highly recommend to anyone. Lucky and Son care about the quality of the work.

I would highly recommend Benvale Home Maintenance - Ben was happy to tackle a variety of issues in our house including fitting a dishwasher, a complicated problem with fitting a cooker hood, putting up blinds and basically anything else we asked him to help with. No job is too much for him he just gets on with sorting everything and I wouldn't hesitate to book him again.

Ben recently completed several jobs around the house for me (ranging from installing a new dishwasher to repairing an old wooden window frame, grouting the hearth tiles to repairing a kitchen cabinet door). I found Ben to be professional and friendly, organised and neat and tidy in his approach to the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ben (as indeed, I already have) and look forward to welcoming him back again in the future as my new ‘go to’ handy person. A well deserved 5 star rating !

Ben did a brilliant job for us repairing our leaking gutters which had been poorly installed. He was also incredibly helpful offering advice for other issues we had with the house. I wouldn't hesitate in using Benvale again or recommending to friends and family.

I was very nervous about finding somebody to help with a multitude of jobs which would normally require several tradesmen as there is lots of people that claim they can do everything, but doing it to a good standard is another. I can honestly say it was a pleasure having Ben here, he was not only a pleasure to have round, he was extremely tidy, very fairly priced - the hourly charges generally work in the favour of the customer as he doesnt stop, he had stripped some very old lining paper off for us which was not the easiest but he was patient to get it all off without damaging the walls underneath, he also ensured he put the room back together to enable us to use the room until the plasterer arrives. We will definitely be having Ben back round again.

Ben was an absolute star from start to finish. Punctual and honest from the beginning. My job presented more issues than when he first started. Didn't phase him, just went to get more materials and carried on. He didn't make any money on the materials and used his trade discount as well. Ben has advised on and completed two projects for me now while I've been renovating my house. I chose to ask Dave and Caroline to do work on my house on the strength of their reviews, I was not disappointed! Initially the paths were jet washed at a third of the price 'requested' by a previous contractor, holes in floor tiles were repaired, wallpapering done, gutters cleared and the porch painted. This time, the kitchen was refurbished, with new wall tiles, worktops, sink, taps, hob, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The finish was excellent, I noticed that Caroline was shaving 'dust' off a wall tile in order to ensure a correct fit and Dave simplified the intricate 'Heath Robinson' under sink plumbing. Dave and Caroline went beyond expectations, both worked late to make sure that I was not inconvenienced and all with a cheerful attitude. I was thrilled with the result, and will ask them to return to plan and execute changes to the bathroom. Thank you to you both for such a fantastic job and for the tea, soup and hot buttered toast!

2 absolute professionals from pricing the job, explaining what they would be doing, how long the work would take and the work they carried out. We were recommended to this company by friends and their workmanship was second to none. 2 rooms redecorated, 3 walls painted, 1 wall papered, woodwork and doors glossed in each room. Then tiled a splashback. Prepped everything first, then undercoated before applying 2 coats to finish. Cleaned up everyday and also when finished. All at a reasonable price. My wife and I would highly recommend them and will be looking to use them again when we decorate our bedrooms.

Albert has been absolutely fantastic in the service he has provided. We have had all external windows, doors and patio doors mastic’d. Two broken extractor fans replaced, a set of patio doors readjusted and a new lock, fitted new blinds and a new shower screen. Peter has done a superb job plaster skimming our downstairs toilet and back porch ceilings. He's also fitted skirting boards in our kitchen. We hired Montana Property Maintenance to fit a new cloakroom wc and basin. The floor to ceiling tiles were all removed and the walls all plastered to make good; we also had more plastering done in the kitchen. All work was done to an exceptional standard and for a reasonable price. The guys cleaned as they went along and made sure we were happy with their work before they left. I would happily use Montana Property Maintenance for future projects and would be happy to recommend them.
