Very small cafe but a really pleasant atmosphere. Had the pancakes, which were lovely and fresh and had a sweet buttermilk flavour. Coffee was a bit burnt but the fresh orange juice was delicious. Liked the bright and airy decor. Staff were very friendly.

Always friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Today I took my dog along for the first time and the staff came across with a fresh bowl of water and a treat for him. It was so welcoming; little things like that make such a difference! The food was great too as always.

Host is absolutely my go to place for catching up with friends and afternoon dates with my Husband! The food is phenomenal, freshly made, delicious and beautifully presented. The staff are the best I've ever encountered, every single one of them... it feels like their welcoming you into their home and you're an old friend! I would always recommend Host to anyone it's one of my favourite places ! Thankyou !

Great service and excellent food/drinks. I visited Host for the first time today with my partner who had been a few times and always said how good it is. I can honestly say the establishment has a unique vibe about it, all the staff are friendly and make you so welcome. The drinks are the best coffee I’ve had in a long time and the prices are very reasonable. My partner had bacon Brie and cranberry ciabatta while I had jalapeño and four cheese, both outstanding quality. I would highly recommend to anyone going, the caramel cappuccino is well worth the money.

We cannot thank One Call Landscapes enough for the incredible transformation they’ve done for the back area of our scout hut in Tibshelf. From start to finish, their professionalism and creativity were second to none. They went above and beyond by clearing out dead trees and brambles, creating a safe and inviting space for our young children. The beautiful seats they crafted from tree stumps are not only practical but add so much character to the area. The fire pit they dug out and built is absolutely stunning and will be perfect for our scouting activities. They laid down 22 tons of stone, making the entire area low-maintenance but fully useable, which is exactly what we needed. On top of that, they laid a solid base for our greenhouse, re-built the steps, and constructed a strong retaining wall—all done with impeccable skill and attention to detail. The entire space has been transformed into something we could only have dreamed of, and the children absolutely love it! If you’re looking for a team that is hardworking, creative, and dedicated to delivering top-quality work, we highly recommend One Call Landscapes. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful outdoor space!

We have had a wonderful experience with Bestalls transforming our garden. From the first visit with Lee, on a snowy February day, to our bleak disjointed gardens that we rarely spent time in, to the amazing evolution of colour and outdoor spaces that we use so much more - most recently to host our daughter’s wedding that we would never have considered previously. We particularly loved the design video bringing to life Lee’s concepts - not quite believing our gardens could look so good ……..and they do - day and night with a smart lighting scheme Lee, Paula, Jamie and the team do all they can to ensure you are happy with all the various phases the process goes through to completion. We chose to use our own builder for the hard landscaping following Lee’s spec and then Bestalls did the rest. The final completed project more than delivered on Lee’s original design - we love watching it change and develop through the seasons using it more than we had ever done before. A great enhancement to our home that certainly has the wow factor for us. Follow up and After Care is thorough and transparent - you know what is to be done, when and the cost plus a report afterwards. We would have no hesitation in recommending this fabulous team and look forward to an ongoing relationship as the garden matures.

I can’t speak highly enough of Lee and his team. Lee is a brilliant designer and came up with some really clever ideas for our garden we would never have thought of. He and his team then brought those to life with an impressive 3D animation that meant we could see exactly what the end result would look like. He then guided us through the design process, helping us choose materials and planting schemes that would enable us to stay within budget and still look great. When the time came for the actual work to be done, the team that came to do it were absolutely brilliant - they worked so hard and you could see they took incredible pride in their work and weren’t happy unless it was perfect. Plus they were lovely guys to have around! We kept Lee involved throughout this process and I’m really glad we did...he was on site every week ensuring the garden was being delivered in the way he envisaged and, when little unexpected obstacles arose, he was able again to help come up with smart solutions and advise the landscapers to ensure it all stayed true to the original vision and, crucially, in budget! Big big thanks to Lee and everyone who worked on the project - we are delighted!

We commissioned Bestall & Co to design and build the Experience Peak District & Derbyshire Show Garden for RHS Chatsworth 2017 on behalf of Marketing Peak District & Derbyshire. The concept and finished garden completely fit the brief that we gave them; it was a great pleasure to overhear visitors to our garden at RHS Chatsworth discuss how the formal Italianate garden and the open pasture, complete with metallic cows, was a great representation of the formal gardens of the area's stately homes and the beautiful open landscapes of the Peak District and Derbyshire. Bestall & Co were a delight to work with, bringing passion and enthusiasm to the project.

Lee and his team were amazing to work with and delivered an incredible garden for us at Chelsea Flower Show. The design fulfilled the brief completely and we loved it so much we brought as much of it as we could back to Covent Garden. I couldn't recommend Bestall & Co. more highly for their aesthetic, professionalism and friendliness in doing a brilliant job.

Can’t speak highly enough regarding Bestall. I had an urban yard which has been transformed into the coolest secret garden in all of Sheffield’s inner city streets. It is a hidden treasure and the perfect retreat. Right from its inception Bestall have been Fantastic. Starting with Lee as an inspiration to create something special to the developing and maintaining with Jamie and Tom. Aftercare is the jewel in the crown always on hand to tackle any issues n ensure longevity. Love these guys n gals. Charlie.

Lovely cafe, great friendly service with a welcome as soon as you get through the door. All the ladies served with a smile and provided a treat for my dog. All tables were spotless and were cleaned as soon as any customers left. Had the Pump breakfast which was really tasty, and treated myself to a cake from the extensive choice. Discovered this gem of a coffee shop , first of all such friendly welcoming staff. The place is so homely. Delicious and superb home made food , hubby highly rates their pies and me the soups. Great amount of choice good portion sizes and very good value for money. Cakes looked delicious but so full couldnt give them a try. Also serve ales ,gins and all the hot drinks you could desire

Stopped in to Castleton on our way back from Mam Tor, and found this lovely little spot for lunch. Great menu, very friendly and polite staff and just the perfect place to grab a quick bite to eat and a much needed refuel! Coffees were hot (none of this lukewarm, pretty foam art nonsense thankfully!) and very good beans, baguettes were huge and stuffed with filling, and the hand cut, home made chips were exceptional! Definitely give this place a try if you're heading through or staying in Castleton

Three Roots Cafe provided a bustling atmosphere when I visited around 3 pm, with the place completely packed. However, the person taking our order appeared to be in a rush and somewhat inattentive. Despite this initial impression, the food surpassed all expectations. I opted for a veg soup paired with a cheese sandwich, both of which were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. Additionally, I indulged in a chocolate brownie, which undoubtedly ranked as the best I've ever had in my lifetime. The cafe boasts a wide variety of delightful desserts, although I wish there were more vegetarian/vegan options available for the main course. The interior decor is charmingly simple, a bit congested but lively - contributing to a pleasant dining experience overall.

Don't let the size fool you, while small, this is an insanely good cafe! The seasonal coffees were heaven, especially on a cold winter day. The roast roll, wow. Best roast roll we have ever had! The kids' menu selection was fantastic as well.

We visited today as a family of 4, with our 4 legged family member also. What a little gem of a find, purely by accident after a long walk for the mam tor sunrise (cloud rise today) our breakfast plans fell through(we forgot our gas for our stove 🙈😂) I am so glad we did. I am gluten free and the choice was fabulous, very well catered for. I myself had the smoked salmon, requested poached eggs rather than scrambled on gluten free toast, with a lovely wedge of lemon. The salmon was beautiful, very good quality, my daughter wants to come again so she can have it. Eggs were cooked to liking and were lovely. My daughter had the cheese burger and said it was lovely. My other day had the winter vegetable soup with warm crusty bread and said it was beautiful. My husband really enjoyed his breakfast bap. We tried the bloody orange and fig cockle warmer and it was lovely. Staff were all very polite, and helpful and happy to answer any questions. The cafe was clean and welcoming. We will definitely be "forgetting our gas" again so we can have another lovely visit here.

Had breakfast with a friend as a catch up. The full English was so tasty and a large portion. The pork sausage was one of the best I've tasted. The only negative point of the breakfast was the scrambled egg - over done and rubbery, but the rest of the breakfast was so good. Flat white was good too. Would definitely be back again (hopefully better eggs next time)

What an absolute little gem! We were staying in the Peak District and wanted to find a place for breakfast on our way home so stopped in Chesterfield. Absolutely gorgeous cafe/restaurant! Wonderful vibe. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great choice on the menu. The pancakes were divine! High quality food. Got busy quickly so clearly it's a great place to eat. Really lovely, cozy cafe - I really loved the atmosphere. There were a good range of options and portion sizes avaliable, and the food was delicious! I had the vegetarian lasagne on the lunch menu which came with garlic bread and a salad. There were a good range of veggie and vegan meals. The staff were all really friendly

What a lovely place! I've been a few times over the last couple of weeks, and the service, the food, the smiles, everything here is lovely! Whether i order a teacake or one of the lovely Quiche meals, the service is top-notch! By adding a bit of fruit to the side salad (slices of grape, strawberry, pineapple and olive) the basic salad is transformed! As for the Fruit Crumbles with ice cream for dessert, 10 out of 10 for 10!

I can not thank Roger and his team enough for the amazing hard work they put into giving us a fantastic and useable garden. The lads that came worked so hard were always polite and helpful. They always answered any of our questions as the work progressed. Having obtained other quotes I was highly impressed with Rogers enthusiasm to give us a garden we wanted at a competitive price. Can’t thank Roger and the lads enough for our job. It was a big project as we had a big decking space on two levels which was rotting from top to bottom. Other tradesman wouldn’t touch it as it was too big a job. Rogers team gave a very reasonable quote and started within a few days. We’re delighted with the composite deck and glass balustrade which gives us plenty of seating space for bbq and a hot tub. Would definitely recommend, thanks so much Roger, Kyle and Aido 👍🏻

Roger came to give us a quote to erect a concrete post fence with wooden panels. We were very pleased with the quote and how Roger dealt with it. When they came to do the job they were here on time and got to work straight away. Roger and his team where very polite at all times. The work went very well. My wife and I are very pleased with the finished result. We would recommend Roger at any time. I will not hesitate to use him again. We are a very pleased customer.

We've just had our garden completely transformed by CLR and we are so happy with it! The lads worked so hard, despite sometimes being up against some bad weather. They were polite and professional and checked we were happy at each step. The materials used were great quality and the final finish looks brilliant. A Cozy Morning Breakfast. Visited on a snowy morning in 19November24. After driving from Manchester, my partner and I were starving, and this charming spot didn't disappoint. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I was impressed by how quickly our food arrived - definitely the fastest service I've experienced in a cafe. The coffee was excellent, and the cozy atmosphere made it perfect for a cold winter morning. Convenient parking just around the corner. Highly recommend for a quick, warm, and delicious breakfast!

Beautiful interior and the food is delicious. It has probably the largest selection of vegetarian and vegan options I've seen. The staff are just lovely and take great pride in their work and make you feel so welcome. Unfortunately it's not close by to us but we make the journey whenever we can. Highly recommend.

No.4 can be found just off the Clowne Greenway, which makes it ideal for a stop off if biking or hiking. I stopped off whilst out biking and was more than happy with the service and the food & drink. I might also mention that it has a lovely courtyard area for customers to sit out in, which offers a nice mixture of shaded and non-shaded areas. The prices were reasonable and certainly somewhere that I would visit again when up that way on.
