We booked in with Ben for our 4 year old this morning. Ben came highly recommended for being great with children who are neurodivergent, and also for his barbering skills and work with long hair. I can honestly say that Ben exceeded our expectations and he worked miracles, for our son’s first haircut- he gave him such a positive one. Had my hair done for a wedding, hadn't been to the salon before. Friendly Staff, fab wash and massage, my hair was then blowdried and curled using straighteners, the stylist did exactly as I asked. Really pleased with the end results, and my curls lasted all day even though it rained.I would recomend.

Peak Renovations did a great job on our extension project. Very happy with the build quality. The team were impressively reliable meaning the job was job done ahead of the original ETA. They also provided some good advice early on which helped us to save some money. Would definitely recommend them.

I was impressed by a competitive quote with all the relevant details about what was included, so I knew exactly what to expect. The work proceeded with good communication and an efficient, friendly team and was completed on time and within budget - despite the weather. This is exactly what I wanted and Peak Renovations are therefore highly recommended.

Our experience with Peak Renovations has been brilliant. While having building work done is not an easy process, Ben, James, Chris, Jaz, Tom, Phil, and all the guys who did work on our loft conversion have been fantastic. The work is to a very high standard and we are thrilled with the result. We were kept informed throughout, communication was excellent which made the whole process much smoother. The work was done on time and on budget, which we are extremely grateful for. The guys have all been super friendly, respectful of the house and us (and the dog - who is especially going to miss having them around), and have all been a pleasure to have around. We would highly recommend Peak Renovations to anyone looking to have work done!

Couldn’t be happier - from the initial visit, to providing a quote, helping with planning, managing the project, dealing with inevitable hiccups hiding under the roof, and ensuring a high quality finished attic extension . Great communications, constructive approach, and extremely trustworthy. Would definitely recommend to others and use Peak Renovations again myself..

Peak Renovations converted an old, large detached garage in my garden into annexe accommodation for my mum. From beginning to end they were great, talked us through everything, their team of tradesmen arrived on time every day, it was completed on schedule and on budget. They cleaned up after they had left and we're a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

I have had a lot of massages in my time and Leighanne has to be in my top 3 for knowledge and techniques. I went in with a lot of tension in neck, head and shoulders and just feeling my neck she she knew what she needed to do. Highly recommend if need a good relaxing massage as well as removal of tension

I’ve been having my hair done with Dan for years and my hair has never looked better. I tried many other salons in the past and was never fully satisfied with the results. Embellish has such a nice atmosphere and always provides a top quality service. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would never go anywhere else.

I’ve been going to embellish for a couple of years and love the place. The staff are so friendly. My stylist Sarah is the best stylist I’ve ever had. She is attentive and caring. She listens to how you want and like your hair. She offers good advice about your hair. She is absolutely brilliant. I always love my hair and get exactly what we have discussed and decided on. What a very talented hairdresser she is. I would recommend her to everyone. I’ve sent friends to her and they all feel just like I do. The salon has been newly refurbished and looks absolutely beautiful. All the staff are friendly and attentive. I am offered a drink several times during my visit and Sarah always tells the person making it how I like it so I get a perfect cup of coffee. These little things are important. I always get a wonderful head massage off Sarah as part of my hair wash because she knows how much I love it. If I only want a very slight trim then that is what I get. No taking up to an inch off like other stylists have in the past. Sarah always listens to what is important to me and wants very much to make sure I’m happy with what she has done. Her customers are important to her and she wants them to leave the salon feeling amazing. She takes pride in what she does and always gives her very best to make sure her clients are happy. I highly recommend embellish and definitely recommend Sarah to everyone. A very talented knowledgeable and experienced stylist indeed. I have put some photos on of how beautiful Sarah has made my hair look over the years with different cuts and colours.

Lily is so talented she always listens to what you want goes through inspo pics then tells you what’s realistic and what we can do. Her advice is always great my colour is 10/10. It helps that she is the loveliest human being too!

I've been visiting Foxie every three weeks since the beginning of summer, and I'm yet to leave an appointment any less than 100% satisfied. Not only is Megan (nail tech) incredibly talented (and so lovely too!), but the salon is always immaculately presented and their compliance with covid guidelines hasn't gone unnoticed either! I never do beauty treatments, I even surprised myself jumping into having a powder brow semi permanent treatment, but I was sick of drawing on my eyebrows every morning onto my ever receding 44 Yr old brows to just look less death- like each day! 🤣🤣 From the very start, Paige made me feel in such good hands and made sure I was comfortable and informed at each point. From looking at her work and having friends that had had the treatment I knew why I had chosen Paige, but there's always that point you feel unsure and nervous but I AM SO SO DELIGHTED WITH MY RESULTS! the treatment itself is mostly prep work in terms of time. Numbing, sketching, checking, sketching and consulting with me for as long as it takes to be happy, all in a comfortable clean and organised salon. I am glad I followed paiges advice when she showed me her outlines and They looked quite thick to me.(inwardly worrying 🤣) Paige blends into these lines and the tapering reduces the thickness considerably.... My advice is to trust her! Same as the colour matching. It seemed dark on the test swipe but she blends and ombres so nicely they turned out perfect for me. Thanks for giving me my wake up in the morning confidence back! 100% recommend this treatment by Paige 😍 Pic is day 2 after treatment so has some shine from the aftercare solution

Needed my hair doing before Christmas (after being ill) and this salon was luckily still taking bookings. My hairstylist was a lovely young lady (Ellie Mae) , who did a wonderful job with cutting my very thin hair to give it shape, after a very nice relaxing wash and massage. So pleased with the price as well, which was cheaper than where I usually go to in Buxton!

I picked this hairdressers because it was the first in the Google list. I haven't had my hair cut professionally for over 2 years. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I've never been here before but after missing a couple of appointments and not being able to get one at my usual hairdressers, I called in on the off chance they could fit me in before I was mistaken for a scarecrow. Can't praise them enough, bright, friendly and listened to what I wanted and worked wonders on the mess I was when I arrived. Definitely will return. Oh and the lovely mabel dog was an added extra joy.
