Absolutely fantastic Jessica Pedicure with Bernie! This was purchased for me as a Mother's Day treat and it was wonderful. Delightful lady, well appointed and spotless salon with a lovely cup of coffee - served in an elegant cup and saucer - with delicious biscuits! As a retired therapist myself, I truly appreciate a first class relaxation experience - and this didn't disappoint. Can't wait to try something else.

So happy with my experience at escape. I went for a Hollywood wax which I’ve had many times previously in different salons. However there is very limited salons in this area that offer this so was excited to find escape. On top of that, I’ve never had such a pain free, relaxed wax ever!! Was more shocked at the lack of pain tbh. So comfortable, lovely customer service and feel ready for my holiday. Would recommend to anyone.

Love this place! Have flirties lashes which have transformed my lashes. Great friendly staff, professional and amazing at what they do. Neale was great from start to finish, he was able to provide advice on what options I have as well as a quote for the work very quickly and has done an excellent job of replacing my under cupboard kitchen lights. Neale left the kitchen spotless. Would absolutely use Neale again for anything electrical within my home and will recommend him to family and friends.

Neale provided his expertise to replace an induction hob for my elderly mum, nothing was too much trouble; his service was quick and professional and he spent time to show my mum the controls and functions of the new appliance. Would highly recommend him as he is very polite and efficient to deal with.

Clare is a really good biology and chemistry A-Level tutor! I really enjoyed my lessons with her, and became much more confident in my chemistry abilities at the end of the two years. In addition to explaining the concepts, she also specifically goes over exam technique and high yield past paper questions. Contacted at ~5pm on Sunday evening with description of a shared neutral issue impacting two lights in our house. Definitive Electrical arrived at 9am the following morning (today) and fixed the issue in about 45 minutes. I can't remember the names but they were efficient, polite, friendly and careful with possessions/property. One of the easiest interactions I've had with a contractor from start to finish. The lessons are targeted to help my daughter focus and built her confidence. She really enjoys the style of teaching and looks forward to her lessons. The tutors are great at building a rapport, which helps with motivation and making the most of the lessons. They always provide a update, giving parents a good insight on progress.

Chellaston Tutoring have been amazing. I wouldn't send my son anywhere else. The communication from my first time i contacted them has been really good but the main thing is the improvement my son has made over the last 7 weeks with his reading. He really likes the staff and we think they are friendly and really good with the children. They make the sessions fun and my son really enjoys going. Thank you so much Chellaston Tutoring keep doing an amazing job with these children and their education. Highly recommended to any parent. They have parking right next to the building and its a safe building for the children to attend.

Amazing local tutors. They are all super friendly and explain everything in a really clear way, for both the students and parents! The sessions are personalised and totally tailored to how the kids learn, making everything much easier. They teach most kids here and have links with all the schools. Definitely recommend giving them a go if you want a fun, effective way to learn.

My daughter started here after struggling with maths and it was the best decision we have ever made! The support that Katie has given has seen her confidence grow and given her a much deeper understanding of maths where she actually enjoys it now which I never thought would be possible! The flexibility that Chellaston tutoring offers is also something that will become invaluable as she transitions into senior school and may need extra support in other subjects, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Had a partial rewire plus other work. I had every confidence in this company at every stage. Excellent value, a comprehensive estimate and all work completed on time. The guys were very conscientious and considerate, doing their best to minimise any disturbance and always leaving the house tidy. I would strongly recommend Positive Electrics.

Very happy with Positive Electrics. James was very helpful on the phone, estimate provided within 2 hours (which was very close to final invoice) and very happy with the work carried out. I had some old light fittings swapped out for new, a dimmer switch replaced and some down lights put in. I provided a key and it was all sorted whilst I was at work. Will use Positive Electrics in the future.

James and his team are top quality! They did wiring in most rooms, putting new lights on, new switches and new sockets on with new hobs in the kitchen. They communicated effectively with me, with their works they are doing. The lads are really good at what they do. James has been responsive and his customer service is great. I look forward to be working with this team again in my next investment project!

We were nervous about using a firm found online, (it didn't work for us last time) and since our previous electrician retired , one of our old (35years) storage heaters also retired ! We were so pleased to find James and his team. He helped us decide on a replacement, explaining very patiently all the options, provided quotes, and gave a date. Two pleasant young gentlemen duly arrived, and completed the job . No mess, no fuss. They explained how the new equipment worked ( easy really) and removed all their rubbish. Nothing left behind. Simples. What a pleasant experience !

Searched around for a local electrician who installed home EV charges and came across Plexus Electrical. Michael was very informative in helping us choose the correct EV charger and arrived on time and was quick and tidy in his work. Michael also gave a run through the EV charger settings and set up along with sync the app. Great service and would definitely recommend them.

I recently had a Hypervolt Home Pro 3 EV charger installed by Plexus Electrical, and I’m extremely pleased with the service. Both Michael and his assistant were punctual, polite, and efficient throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, worked seamlessly together, and made sure to address all of my questions and needs. The installation was quick, tidy, and done to a high standard. Today was my second visit to the salon. After the patch test. Booked in for highlights Amy today the new stylist chose my colour a lovely ice blonde colour after I explained what I was looking for,Amy made the best choice and so accurate to what I was looking for. What stood out about this salon was the warm welcome as soon as you walk in the door and friendly faces. All the stylist are passionate about there customers and highly experienced. Excellent team work.Lovely atmosphere . I love my hair colour Amy did for me today. This will be my regular salon to have my hair treatment from now on. Everyone is lovely and friendly. After visiting for the first time just over a year ago, I’ve become a regular and never looked back. Yolande and rash are so very welcoming and friendly and full of hugs. I went in a stranger and left feeling like I’d known them both for years. Never have I felt so relaxed. They both provide first class treatments and Yolande has some girl power and positivity that just oozes out. You leave feeling a million dollars from the service.
