As soon as you hear Eastern Touch, you already know the decor is going to be extraordinary. Eastern Touch did a great job at the decor for my wedding. Brother Syed was amazing at helping me bring my vision to life. He knew exactly what I wanted adding his own professional tips along the way. It all tied in well with our theme, colours and outfits. Such a lovely team to work with and the best decor out there.

From our first meeting to the day of my son’s wedding, the service and professionalism was of the highest standard. Syed totally understood our dream, our vision and brief. We had the most fantastic experience with Eastern Touch for our wedding decor. We were liaising with Syed (genuinely one of the nicest, kindest and most hardworking people we’ve ever met). When we first met with Syed he showed us an incredible variety of decor and stages, we knew instantly Eastern Touch would be the one to make our wedding decor incredible. Our expectations were exceeded with the phenomenal decor, nothing was too much trouble. Syed and his team worked to a very tight schedule to set up two separate areas for our civil ceremony and reception. Everything was executed to perfection. When we found Eastern Touch through the Hyland Estate Instagram and met Syed, we told him we were planning a Harry Potter-themed wedding. He absolutely understood the assignment from day one and knew exactly the vibe we wanted 🫶🏽. Syed went completely above and beyond. He saw the vision and went for it 110%. We were literally lost for words when we saw the final results on the day. He was more than happy to allow me to bring in some additional pieces, which he added beautifully, and was so helpful every step of the way. I contacted Kim to create a custom neon sign for a flower wall for a company event and Kim took time to look on our website and create the perfect sign for us. She also came to the rescue when our flower wall (from another supplier) didn’t show up in time. Within 1 hour Kim had sent a foliage wall to the event location. She saved the day for me! I would 100% recommend Bloom Events as they are a family business and really care about their customers. The work they do is phenomenal and I can’t wait to use them again in the future :)

We hired the Sienna flower wall for a pre-wedding function and it was absolutely stunning. I was initially concerned that it would look very fake and plastic in real life but I neednt have been - the flowers looked real, photographed really well and created a beautiful backdrop to the religious ceremony. The service was also faultless. The team at Bloom events arrived before us at the venue, set up the wall in the space indicated, photographed their work and sent me a message to confirm everything was done as required. At the collection time they then waited for strangling guests to leave before collecting the wall. The process was seamless, with great communication. I would highly recommend the company to others and will most certainly be using them again for other events.
