The Gallops are an amazing facility for dogs, my dogs are dog aggressive, I get to run them off the lead in a save fenced in environment with lots for them to do. The staff are amazing and very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely worth a visit!!

They were brilliant with Douglas and ensured as a rescue and pup his experience of vets was a good one. Douglas loved Rachel the vet and his little treat. Hannah talked through their pet plan and I have to say how refreshing and professional she was rather than being force fed a sales pitch. I have joined the plan.

Upton vets were amazing when my dog Josie, my Dad and myself attended on Tuesday morning. All of Josies problems were listened to and the vet Nora was amazing with her. Jodie is now feeling a lot better and has become herself again. The receptionist was amazing and understood Josie was anxious about being at the vets and doesnât being in a room with another dog and put a sign on the door to warn others. Itâs just the little things that make a huge difference, thank you for being amazing

Our Sprocker went in after not eating. The team diagnosed an intussusception, and he was in surgery within a few hours. A few days later they readmitted him for a second one. You wouldnt know our 6 month old pup had been through such major surgery just a couple weeks after. They did an amazing job, kept us informed and ultimately saved the life of our pup. Staff were brilliant, and the vetinary team took their time to answer all the questions I could throw at them.

I then would like to thank personally Peta the vet who came out to our home and Rachel for their amazing care and compassion in gently putting Ty to sleep , you were both stars . Truly you couldnt of handled it any better and you did everything with such dignity and respect , so Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for being part of such an outstanding team , Thankyou xxx

Unfortunately we had to say our last goodbyes to our elderly pug on Monday. After a rapid decline in health over the weekend, I was offered an emergency appointment only 2 hours after I phoned. My vet was Louise. She assessed the situation and ran through all of our options in order to help our loyal companion. We had to come to the decision when we got home that the kindest option for Elsie was to let her go. There are no words that will express the gratitude that I have for Louise, for making what was the hardest day of my life so far, bearable. She made it so peaceful, so calm and managed to make it a comforting experience all whilst validating our decision and emotions. By far the best vet I have ever dealt with over the years and I will always look back on this experience and say âThankyou Louiseâ and I am sure that Elsie is out there somewhere equally grateful for making her last few moments so tranquil. Thankyou. Thankyou. Thankyou.

Couldnât recommend Natterjacks enough. Our vet is Vicki, who is the absolute best. Sheâs so kind & knows my dog inside out, all of his lumps and bumps etc. She reassures us & puts us at ease. Going to the vets isnât always a pleasant experience but it is with Natterjacks. Thank you, all!

We have been visiting Natterjacks for years with our pooch. Fortunately for us, we don't have to visit very often as our dog is strong and healthy but when we do, we always find them to be professional, kind and most of all caring. Our last visit was for annual vaccinations, our appointment was on time, our pooch was put at ease and didn't appear to realise he'd had an injection. I can't recommend Natterjacks enough, a brilliant Vets

Have used Natterjacks Vets Bournemouth for many years now. Really great vets. Staff are friendly and helpful. Took our two cats Lily and Honey recently for their yearly health check and vaccinations. All went well although Lily had a little accident in her carrier on the way there bless her. The lovely vet I think her name is Katie was so good about it and cleaned her up. She was lovely and gave them a good check over. Lily has some gum disease and Katie recommend a toothpaste for her. Honey was a bit naughty which is unusual for as normally she is brilliant at the vets. Katie was so good with her and patient. Would recommend this place although I think they are fully booked I'm not surprised as they have a good reputation.

I've been a customer of Natterjacks since 2012 with my first greyhound. In the years since I've taken not only my own dogs there but many others for friends and family. The practice is well organised and well staffed with huge knowledge in the vets, nurses, and assistant. They retain the 'family' feel from the early days and their empathy for you and your pet is first class, with follow up calls for your pet's wellbeing and progress after treatment. They keep up to date with the best of the new treatments ie K-lazer and medication for the best outcomes. Will always highly recommend Natterjacks

I canât recommend Vetsmiths enough from their friendly receptions always there to answer any questions no matter how big or small to the amazing vet team /nurses. My pup (Milo) has recently been visiting Vetsmiths what seems like everyday! Due to unseen circumstances caused by dog sitter that left us heartbroken but Vetsmiths has been there every step of the way with giving their love and affection into ensuing Milo is giving the best care possible. I would especially like to praise and recommend Kesh who is one of the talented Vets. She has honestly helped my family through this difficult time with constant updates of Milo and ensuring that his health is improving with regular appointments. She has answered all my silly questions and worries along the way and always with a smile! Kesh thank you so much you really are a wonderful vet! Thank you Vetsmiths for everything you have done!

We have been with Vetsmiths since Sam and Chris opened their Surgery. Our beautiful rescue boy Barney has been looked after so well by everyone. The whole team and the care is outstanding in every aspect and it truly is an absolutely wonderful place. Barney recently had to have surgery and I can honestly say that his op and after care was fantastic. Thank you Lorna and every one at Vetsmiths for caring about every animal that comes through your doors. You are all amazing!

Posted on behalf of Angela Walker Peacock and Fly. A very big thank you to David for all he's done for Fly over the last 10 years (he has done her proud). She has had a number of major problems; diagnosed and dealt with expertly and explained meticulously. Our consultations were never hurries, no matter how busy he happened to be. Katie has helped with Fly's physiotherapy and advice with how to manage her back problem, for which I am extremely grateful.

Really pleased with Frieda and I's experience here. Vet was amazing. Loved the conversation and mass of information he clearly had to give about how best to help my nans tortoise. Very calm environment for people and pets - having people waiting outside the building was preferable. Parking was easy and the place was quite easy to find too

The best vets I have ever worked with. They have shown compassion and care for my pet and gone beyond normal practices and standards of a veterinary practice to save my pets life. I highly recommend this practice, and i will be forever grateful for their care and empathy.

I take all of my animals here. Always get seen fast and they never seem over priced compared to other vets ive previously been to. All staff seem nice but the ladies on reception are really lovely. I recently had my dog put to sleep and they were so kind and caring and personal yet professional. Highly recommend
Rating: 5 / 5
Love spring corner, have been bringing our cats here for years, and even through some tough visits, the whole team has been extremely welcoming, empathetic, and showing real care and concern for animal and owner. Some very slight downsides are a lack of seating in the waiting area, and it can get really busy and noisey around the reception area, especially for later in the day appointments so maybe avoid these times if you have a shy or nervous pet. Also, the phone lines can get very busy, be patient, as the desk team is working really hard to help as many people as the can. That aside, we wouldn't go anywhere else.
Rating: 5 / 5
Excellent. The only vet clinic who could vaccinate my dog at a very reasonable price. I phoned about 6 clinics. None of them could do it before February next year. Spring corner is a good vet practice.
