Such lovely staff. I was so scared about taking my pet in and found it all rather scary but they were just the best they helped calm me and her down. Lovely vets. My dog has, unfortunately, needed a lot of various treatments over the last few years and I have been completely happy each and every time. All the staff are very friendly, helpful, kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I feel confident that the care they give my dog is as good as I could ever hope for.

All staff are fabulous! There receptionists are pleasant to talk to and kind. The nursing staff are second to none. The veterinary surgeons are professional, caring, very knowledgeable, gentle and sympathetic. Our cats have had more than 9 lives because of these people. Veterinary surgeon Modestas has known our cats for over 16 years. He has nurtured and loved our twin gingers and saved Sox many times with his fantastic knowledge of medication and procedures since he was 2 years old. We are so very grateful for everything he has done. We recently sadly, said goodbye to Sox. The care and respect for him and us was very touching. We can, without any hesitation recommend Kingston Vets in Yeovil.

Visited the clinic for my dog's annual checkup, booster and kennel cough vaccine, everything went well, all spaces are exemplary clean and everyone was friendly. Me and Max left the clinic happy, thanks everyone.

I first went to St Mary’s in 2012 with my cat who needed surgery following a car accident, the care from David and the team was second to none and I’m happy to say he’s still living life to the full. Fast forward 12 years, I recently had one of my cats put to sleep here and the care and compassion David showed me and my cat was so appreciated as I was heartbroken to lose my boy. Today I returned with my Labrador for his vaccination and check up and again, David shows such a care for animals and tops it all off with a gravy bone - for the dog not me. Also to the reception team for their kindness to me this month. I always feel the care and respect my animals receive is fantastic, thank you.

Dave and team are excellent. I rescue Wildlife around Ferndown, Ringwood, Fordingbridge, New Forest North mainly Birds, Ducks, Swans, Deer, etc. Also Lambs, Calves, and abandoned Chickens as all lives matter. All Creatures Great And Small I Love Them All.

We have been with the clinic for years, and have never had any issues. We have found the staff friendly, and helpful. The vets seems knowledgeable and all our animals have been calm within their setting. As with all veterinary clinics the costs have spiraled, however they offer monthly plans, that cover regular flea, tick and worm treatments, and consultations.

Always excellent care for the pet, outstanding bedside manor Kate(vet). Total confidence in all the help & treatment given, which is always fair. No, unneeded treatments given, just to bump the bill up. Would like to see a small reduction in the consult fee, rather than going up!! Highly recommend over any other vet practice.

Best vets by far I have ever found. They are so helpful and so professional always happy to help and always treat my fur babies like their own. They were so great yesterday when we had to take our boy in after eating things he shouldn't but he got lots of cuddles from the nurse and that made him feel so much better

Went in today with my beloved doggy; Roanne couldn't have been kinder, more attentive and thorough. So grateful we have Janine and Roanne on our doorstep - they are both wonderful vets, highly skilled and empathic. Such an excellent Veterinary Service for my 2 mischievous Labradors (pics provided). Both get into all sorts of things, as any Labrador owner understands. They are very accomodating when 1 of them needs to see a Vet. All staff are very friendly & polite and go beyond to provide excellent care and seem to love the animals that visit plus calm for any nervous of the vet visit pet. The Clinic is always clean & smell free, Consulting rooms are spacious for any sized dog or other pet. It is with GREAT THANKS to Vet Nurse Holly in advising on diets for both my Labradors (espcially the yellow 1 in the pic). When ever I speak or inform people that have other Vets I speak very highly of Shreen Vets.

I was made very welcome indeed on my first visit last week, the receptionist was very knowledgeable, helpful, and above all very pleasant indeed. After bringing our Puppy in for a checkover prior to his vaccinations yesterday, the vet I met was as pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable as the previous staff I had met. Recently took my cat here after a referral from my vet. My cat looked ok and was eating and my vet picked up an irregular heartbeat.The day I took him I was not expecting to be told he either needs putting to sleep that day or a procedure to help him as it was worse than we thought. We chose the procedure. Alice the Specialist was lovely and talked me through everything throughout the whole process and other members of staff I saw were also friendly and helpful. I now have my precious boy back thanks to Alice and her team so can't thank them enough for giving me more time with my little boy.

My gorgeous baby Luna had BOAS surgery and she was spayed in the same day; Dr Diogo it’s a brilliant vet! He and the team took care of her soo well! Caroline gave me all the support and she made sure Luna received all the attention there! On the 3rd day Luna was back to normal despite she had all these procedures done in few hours! A very clean and professional environment. The first points of contact, the receptionists were very polite and efficient. When we met Alba (surgeon) and her assistant, I was super impressed by how polite and thorough they were. I feel more than reassured that she will carry out the surgery on my hound to a high standard. I will report back after this is done shortly. The practice has plenty of parking, along with a number of disabled bays. The appearance of the practice is maintained to a high standard. Oh, and I nearly forgot there is a free tea and coffee bar with biscuits available 😋

I can’t thank you guys enough for what you did for our Minnie and for Tobi and his team Minnie had to have heart surgery as she had a heart murmur at grade 6 and with her being such a tiny puppy we thout we were going to lose her but luckily the surgery worked and she now a normal puppy these guys really were amazing thankyou for all did for us and Minnie
