Dave and team are excellent. I rescue Wildlife around Ferndown, Ringwood, Fordingbridge, New Forest North mainly Birds, Ducks, Swans, Deer, etc. Also Lambs, Calves, and abandoned Chickens as all lives matter. All Creatures Great And Small I Love Them All.

Always really friendly, helped me over the phone with photos when my puppy broke a tooth so I didn’t need to take her in for an appointment, really easy to get her worm/flea tablets, really reasonable monthly plan.

I first went to St Mary’s in 2012 with my cat who needed surgery following a car accident, the care from David and the team was second to none and I’m happy to say he’s still living life to the full. Fast forward 12 years, I recently had one of my cats put to sleep here and the care and compassion David showed me and my cat was so appreciated as I was heartbroken to lose my boy. Today I returned with my Labrador for his vaccination and check up and again, David shows such a care for animals and tops it all off with a gravy bone - for the dog not me. Also to the reception team for their kindness to me this month. I always feel the care and respect my animals receive is fantastic, thank you.

I've got 2 very nervous labradors, they don't like the vets at all. However, all the staff are so friendly & patient, I think we are making progress & they were not quite so stressed on the last visit

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. I have been taking my cats here for years. Sadly my cat Milo became poorly and required many visits and constant check ups. Oliver was more than happy to have regular phone calls to review medication and amend as necessary, nothing felt like too much trouble. Unfortunately he was unable to get better but the staff here went out of their way to do everything they could and showed professionalism and compassion at every stage. I also had appointments with Oscar and Rebecca, and felt equally impressed with their knowledge, support and advice. The receptionists Chrissie and Shelly could not be more kind and compassionate and remember who you are when you call or visit. I can't speak highly enough of the team at Haydon Vets, and wouldn't hesitate to encourage people to register here. This is a team of people that are clearly passionate and care deeply about their customers.

Everyone has been so caring, kind and understanding at Haydon vets. They are so easy to talk to and are trying everything they can to help our poorly little pouch in a way that is best for him and keeping the costs as low as possible for us as we dont have pet insurance. Top care!! We took our injured puppy there when she was involved in an accident. Haydon vets done their magic and have given her a chance. Still a long way to go but without them for sure we would have lost our little girl

Honestly really kind and caring staff, when my dog was a puppy he would eat anything and everything which would cause him to vomit, they would always see him and offer advice no matter what time it was. He love his visits.

Phoned the emergency vet as I was very concerned about my puppy. Lynwood ate the emergency vet and they agreed to see me immediately. My puppy made a miraculous recovery within a few minutes of being with the vet. They were very kind and did not charge me for the visit. Have had dealings with Lynwood over the years. I just wanted to say how absolutely amazing this practice is! But particularly Nurse Leanne who my spaniel Darla absolutely adores! Darla ended up needing to come in for bandage changes every few days which she wasn’t keen on at first, but after meeting Leanne she went from trying to pull me out the door, to being the wiggliest spaniel ever - excited to see the nurse for her checkups! You made the whole experience great, thank you!

I’ve been bringing my dog and cat to Lynwood vets for two or three years now, and have always been very satisfied. The staff are all friendly and professional, there’s a comfortable waiting area and my animals are both surprisingly relaxed when we visit.

Let's be honest, no-one likes to go to the vets, but if i had to go to Lynwood every week for the rest of my life, i wouldn't be too upset. Sounds weird but let me explain: The team here are fantastic. The phone is answered promptly, receptionists are polite and will do everything they can to accomodate you. They deal with insurance paperwork quickly and take a lot of stress away from the process. They'll strike up a conversation while you wait but will equally respect your space. The vets and nurses will answer all your questions and be upfront with you about costs associated with your options. They all have a great sense of humour (where appropriate) and take the time to make sure you understand everything. Emily in particular is a delight and i trust her implicitly to do the right thing for my pet. The waiting room has lots of useful information posters and separate waiting areas for cats and dogs if needed and there's always parking. They also house the emergency vet clinic so i know i'm covered no matter what happens.

Lynwood Veterinary Group consists of people who genuinely care for our pets as their own. I have been with Lynwood for at least 20 years and have never experienced anything but the best and most empathetic, compassionate service from any member of staff I have dealt with. I trust them completely!

Since I first enlisted the care and attention this veterinary process gives is phenomenal. They took fantastic care of my mums dog and handled her with care and sensitivity. Unfortunately, my mums dog Roma had to be laid to rest and The Kingston Veterinary helped her to rest. After a couple of weeks they even sent my mum a sympathy card and some plant seeds so that roma could live on through the life of the earth and have a beautiful remembrance. Really refreshing and lucky to have an excellent, professional, and privately owned veterinary practice so close to home. Vaughn listens to your concerns, is thorough and incredibly knowledgable. We are always made to feel welcome by Christie and the nursing team and cannot recommend Three Cross vets highly enough. They treat your pet as if it were their own and you cannot ask more than that !

Exceptional Veterinary Practice. Although I have been a client for many years, my dog Jack seldom needs care. Recently however he was suffering a gland problem.. Jack is an imported rescue and the BVA recommend a safeguarding procedure (blood test) prior to any surgery in such cases due to possible Brucellosis infection. I was uncertain of the benefits, but was able to have a practical and sensible discussion with Giles, beforehand Jack had the procedure under sedation & Giles whipped out a loose back tooth too. Jack is not insured, but I was given an estimate of cost at our initial consultation which matched our final invoice. Thank you Giles, it seems to have done the trick and Jack has forgiven you (almost!)

We had to visit Bredy Vets with our poorly cocker spanial whilst on holiday. I have to say the service we received from start to finish was fantastic. From the initial call from the reception team the nurse and Jon the vet he explained everything fully and in simple terms. Ordered in special food and went above and beyond. We had to use Bredy Vet Centre in an emergency whilst on holiday is dorset for our dog Poppy. Poppy needed xrays for an injury, the vet and nurse were fantastic, very welcoming and understanding. They explained everything to us from start to finish and looked after Poppy for the day. Also the receptionists were friendly and efficient. We would highly recommend this veterinary Practice.

Our puppy Chase had an overnight stay at Stokewood vets and I cannot tell you how thankful I am for all the wonderful staff, especially Adrian. It is a privilege to have Chase at Stokewood. All of you did your best for him and provided high quality care and love for our Chase and I cannot thank you enough for that. These challenging times are hard for everyone but I am so appreciative for all of the staff members as it is no different for all of you doing your day to day job at the very best you can for all the pets that come your way. So thank you. I am so glad we have gone with this vets and from the bottom of my heart am so pleased with the care you gave my puppy and will forever be thankful for it. It is so surreal with everything going on but for these amazing staff members it is no different seeing as they are still working. I am so grateful their are people like all of you in these world.
