We had an issue with leaky concrete rain water gutters. Empire UPVC and Roofing Specialists team were very professional from quoting to completion of works. I dealt with Chris and he advised me of what needed to be done to fix leaky gutters and answered all my questions related to it. I'm very satisfied that works been done in very timely manner and in top quality. I will be definitely using them again in the future.

Empire responded to the job posting very quickly and Chris was able to attend my house the very next morning to assess the problem and I had an estimate for the work by that lunch time. After agreeing to the estimate, the work was booked in to be completed within a few days, scaffolders arrived on the next Wednesday and two men arrived to fix the roof leak the following day. The workers were extremely polite and communicated consistently as they removed the roof tiles and eventually uncovered where the leak was coming from. They replaced some of the wet batons and then replaced the roof, adding in new tiles to replace the broken ones that caused the leak, and a few other weak looking tiles. The roof was fixed just in time before a very large storm hit the area the following weekend, which was a good test to see if the problem had indeed been resolved, which it had. The whole experience was quick and painless, resulting in a permanent fix and at a competitive price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Empire UPVC to my friends and family should the need arise.

Excellent service from Chris and his team . All queries were replied quickly via e-mail or phone call. Soffit & new guttering fitted. The fitters were professional and polite . Worked hard all day and longer than usual to get the job done . Would definitely recommend and will use again for the next faze.

Great team and great project stripping off old asbestos roof and fitting a reclaimed peg tiles roof . A very good authentic roof was provided at the end. We are very pleased and would definitely use this Team again.
