Couldn’t ask for any more of this hotel. The room was a good size and spotless, all of the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. Next time I’m in Wolverhampton I know exactly where I’ll be staying. Thank you for a lovely stay. 10/10

Stayed one night to go and see a band nearby. All the staff were so polite and attentive, I felt like I was in a 5 star boutique hotel ! The room was very spacious, clean and well appointed, and we also had a luxury shower !! All in all, I would without hesitation stay here again. Many thanks to you all :o)

We stayed as going to civic halls concert, which is a 15 minute walk or short uber ride £6.00, the room was spotlessly clean, bed soooo comfy, staff extremely friendly and efficient and the breakfast which we pre ordered was absolutely lovely. The parking is great and secure, locked at night.There is a beautiful park opposite, and it's an extremely quiet neighbourhood. The owner is lovely and she went out of her way to chat and make us feel welcome. Thankyou to you and all of your staff.

Stayed for one night, very convenient for walking to the Civic Halls. Lovely large and clean room. Great shower with a radio in it and the room had all the facilities you could need. The whole hotel looked very clean and tidy. All staff were helpful and very friendly. Pre ordered breakfast the day before and it was great, very tasty. Would highly recommend this hotel and will defintely stay again if visiting Wolverhampton again.

This hotel gets the main things right. Friendly staff, quiet location, spotlessly clean, large comfy bed, nice pillows, ample off-street parking and quality breakfast. There are just a couple of little things in my book that would stop it getting 5 stars. The bath towel and the hand towel could both do with being a lot bigger/thicker (there was only one of each) and the tea/coffee room supplies were minimal. Yes, you can go to reception to ask for more tea, sugar and milk but you really shouldn’t have to. However, for some odd reason, all hotels seem to skimp on these things that cost a few pennies. Overall, highly recommended.
