Lovely Meal. Restaurant a bit awkward to find, but one in greeted with a friendly welcome. Had the pork sirloin, pierogi & potato pancake with Hungarian stew, all delicious especially the pancake! Remember to bring cash, as no card facilities. Definitely recommend! Visited again in 2024, just as amazing!
Driven past so many times intending to pay a visit, today, on our Anniversary we did just that. From the moment we walked in we were blown away by the pleasant, friendly atmosphere, beautiful decor and warm welcome. This was our first time trying authentic Polish food, we thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful of food, wonderful flavours throughout. Service was fast, very helpful suggestions about the menu. Our food was presented beautifully and piping hot, absolutely perfect. Cannot wait to work our way through the menu, so many interesting dishes to try. Highly recommend and a must try, especially for local people who may not even realise this place exists.
My family and I try to dine at Polish restaurants when we travel because traditionally they offer wholesome tasty food at reasonable prices, and remind me of happy times spent in Poland. Polonia Restaurant is no exception. The service was amazing, food served quickly and of course it was exceptionally tasty and the portions are plentiful. The atmosphere is really lovely; a very clean, comfortable and homely restaurant. 100% highly recommended!
Delicious food, friendly service and big portions. The kitchen closes at 7pm instead of 8pm as advertised on Google, so we were the last ones to be served. Nevertheless we still received a welcoming service. The area is not the nicest to sit outside but the food makes up for it.
Great experience, I have been missing polish food for a while so I took my partner for a lunch today. Lady called Marta took our order and looked after us this whole time. She host us not served , it felt like home. Thank you for that!
