One of the best parts is the lovely outdoor seating area, perfect for enjoying a meal in the fresh air. There’s ample parking, which made getting in and out a breeze. For families, this pub is a dream—there’s a great playground area and even a bouncy castle for the little ones to enjoy! It’s such a great family-friendly atmosphere. If you’re planning a party or gathering, this place also offers plenty of space for larger groups, making it an ideal spot to host an event. I had the pleasure of visiting The Woodman and Olive restaurant yesterday, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The highlight of my meal was the chef’s special Chicken Box, and it was simply delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy, tender on the inside, and topped with just the right amount of sauce, which added a wonderful blend of flavors. The fries were well-seasoned and complemented the chicken nicely. Garnished with fresh herbs and jalapeños, the dish had a touch of freshness and spice that made every bite satisfying. The presentation was also impressive—everything looked vibrant and appetizing. The service was great too. The staff was attentive, and the atmosphere had a cozy yet trendy vibe, perfect for both a casual meal or a night out. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend trying out The Woodman and Olive’s chef specials. You won’t be disappointed!

Had such a lovely time last night on our first visit to the Woodman and Olive. The place was packed, great atmosphere and lovely restaurant. The service was so friendly and the food was brilliant. I had the chicken gyros and my partner had the pork tomahawk which was huge and all so tasty. Would definitely recommend and will 100% be back soon.

My friends and I had a wonderful evening here. The atmosphere was lively, comfortable with a nice homely feel. Loved the decor and the playlist of so many familiar dance tune in the background. Had us dancing in our seats. Not surprising it was full when we arrived, (much earlier than our reservation time). We had drinks at the bar while we waited and were soon seated. The food was tasty and every mouthful was worth the long journey we made to get here. A big thank you to the owner, Maria, and her wonderful staff for being so attentive, warm & friendly. I can see why it's such a popular destination for people. I'm definitely coming back!

I had visited here for a Christening that they had held inside a marquee inside the garden. The catering by the pub was top notch as well as the service. There was a shed attached to the marquee that used the bar. They also had a bouncy castle for the pubs customers, which was great for the kids. I would consider visiting here again as a pub customer. The only thing that lacked was the parking but that is to be expected when events are being held.
