Was walking down the river, went in for a drink, the service was wonderful, decided to stay in for some of their lovely bar snacks. My personal favourite was the sausage roll. Highly recommend if you find yourself in the area
Situated in the northern part of the Lea Valley Regional Park this is a good stop before nearby Broxbourne train station. We love how dog friendly this place is and there is a huge beer garden right by the River Lea. I wish there would have been a few more Ales on tap though.
Easy to book a table online. Pleasant greeting on a very busy sunny Saturday lunchtime and the friendly service continued throughout our visit. Efficient service but never robotic. Every one was relaxed and able to engage whilst serving. Food is traditional pub fayre, well presented and hot. Decent portions and value for money. We look forward to returning soon. Thanks guys.

Food was delicious and fresh, locations is stunning and great service to go with it! Gorgeous beer garden out the back overlooking the river too. I will definitely be going back to enjoy a Sunday dinner!
