Hi, we used Jillian in year 11 to help Sam with his Maths ready for GCSE’s. He found her to be very supportive, calm and liked her teaching methods. He became much more confident in himself with her support and it was definitely the right thing to do! I found her communications clear and prompt and would definitely recommend and am now using Jillian for my youngest daughter.

Kenza is good at identifying the strengths and weaknesses of her pupils and tailoring her teaching to help them improve. During the last four years when I have been studying French with her help, my confidence has improved enormously and I know it would have been a slower process without her help. She has been unfailingly well prepared for lessons and patient with her assistance. Thoroughly recommended.

I cannot ask for more than a fantastic tutor. They are beautifully teaching my daughter what to expect in her year group. They know what to expect in SATS exams and teach accordingly. The tutor is adjusting according to our flexible time. I can ask them to teach if my child is weak in any topic and they are happy to teach over again. All-over, I'm so happy with the tuition provider.

Having decided we would like the help of a tutor for our daughter for her GCSEs we were a little lost, but thankfully found Tahir! He is a lovely, calm and patient tutor who on a 1 to 1 basis was excellent our daughter. Never a five-star review has been more well deserved than this one for Mark at Guildford Tuition. My 10 year old daughter has just been offered a place for Year 7 at one of the top schools for girls in Surrey. This would not have been possible without the incredible work Mark has done with her over the past year. Not only she has passed the 11+ entrance exams, but also with excellent results and a very positive feedback from the School. From his fun (but rigorous) approach to learning, to his superb strategising and bespoke support to ensure she confidently and successfully sat the entrance exams. All three of my children have taken maths, at Kumon in Guildford. We started for various reasons and have ended at different times. My last child has now been doing it for three years now and is two years ahead of where she should be. This was evident in home schooling in lockdown when we were completing year eight maths and she is in year six. Kumon has continued through lockdown with zoom lessons. I could book an individual lesson if stuck and could contact through Whats app and text. Work was easy to exchange with little notes of encouragement. My daughter is determined to finish the program. Ultimately she says she wants to take maths and further maths at A level. Even if this isn't your aim, Kumon will give you a great understanding of maths. Times tables will be known instantly which will help in all aspects of life. The Guildford group is welcoming and when we are allowed to meet again, easy to find. Nicky Gale.

We are new to the UK. My daughter never learned English. After she joined Kumon she start to say words and now it's been 6month, now she is talking to people with confidence(still need to improve). Even her teacher at her school said she improved so fast. Thanks to Kumon in Guildford, we had very nice experiences with it and all staff are very nice and teacher are so patient. Teatime tutoring was brilliant for our 10 year old son for 11+ preparation. She built a real bond with him (in a much more effective way than a previous tutor had managed). Mia taught my child Sophie when she needed extra help after school. Sophie really enjoyed and looked forward to the sessions and developed a great relationship with Mia. The sessions were great fun and planned around Sophie’s favourite characters which really helped engage her. It was fantastic to see how quickly Sophie gained confidence in herself and her work . Mia kept me well informed about Sophie’s progress and gave me ways I could help her more at home too. I would highly recommend Mia to help any child. Anna first met us (at our home which was amazing) when Jai had just turned 3 for an assessment. I was very impressed with her warm and friendly attitude and she has been working with Jai at his pace since. She is an amazing instructor and works flexibly and even when she is poorly to keep children doing their best! Jai is still doing his Kumon and despite moving overseas, we're still working with Anna.
