My daughter was tutored by Jo for GCSE Combined Science (Higher Paper). Lessons took place on Zoom which was very convenient. Jo is friendly and approachable and is able to cater for the student’s specific needs. The sessions always provided the clarity and explanation my daughter needed and really helped her to have confidence in sitting her exams. The helpful (and colourful!) notes that Jo provided at the end of each session were a fantastic resource for revision too. I would highly recommend Jo without hesitation.

My daughter was tutored remotely by Jo for science GCSE's and Psychology A level. She actively looked forward to the tutoring sessions which I know gave her so much confidence. With guidance from Jo my daughter moved up sets and progressed to being one of the strongest in her school tutor groups. Not only did the sessions boost her grades it gave her a real love for the subjects. If you are looking for one to one tutoring I really can't recommend Jo highly enough.

My daughter has become more confident with her science lessons at school since she has been having science tuitions with Matthew. He is a very experienced and professional tutor. He knows how to keep the students interested and finds them easy methods to understand what they are being taught.

After a few short weeks of tutoring with the fantastic Matthew and Ellie, my daughter ended up with a 9-8 in combined science - far exceeding her expectations. The tutors have an expert knowledge of the curriculum so were able to plug gaps in my daughters knowledge, and boost her confidence in tackling the tough new GCSE material. Our son had weekly sessions with Arnie over the summer break and LOVED them! They were focused very specifically on his strengths and needs. His interests were included in the sessions which made the tasks more meaningful and enjoyable. The sessions focused on both maths and English and real pushed our sons natural abilities as well as working on things he finds more tricky. We would definitely recommend these guys and will be using them again for sure!

My son has been working with his Tutor for about 3 years now and has come on leaps and bounds in his confidence. He is now so calm when discussing maths problems with anyone and his maths grades have improved significantly. He says that she explains things so clearly and breaks it down into understandable chunks so that he finds it easier to remember principles. She took him back to basics and has explained everything so that he understands why you work problems out the way you do not just the method. So his understanding and breaking down the maths problem is so much easier. He really has grown in his belief in himself and I believe her assistance in his maths teachings are a fundamental part of this. Tracy has been providing support for my son in both English and Maths..His skills have improved vastly and its of great use as an added learning skill to school. Tracy is an established teacher with obvious great skills to help students learn and focus on areas needing improvement.

My son has benefited from Kumon, it gave him strong foundation and understanding of the basics in maths and in English which now he is confident and comfortable. He improved so much that he is in the top set of maths and English at school which I believe with Tracy’s teaching has achieved this.

I couldn’t be happier with Abi and Grace of The Little learning club. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable but make my daughter’s lessons fun and she loves going there. Grace prepares weekly lessons ahead, goes out of her way and texts to find out if there’s anything in particular my daughter needs extra help with each week. My daughter has made a huge progress in her maths since has been tutored by Grace and even the teachers at school noticed a real difference, so thank you to you both!

Abi is an amazing Tutor, easy to work with, polite and very professional and you are always greeted with a warm welcoming smile. Absolutely fantastic! We contacted to get some additional tutoring for our son and we immediately started seeing the benefits. Abi, Louise and Sam are simply brilliant. Everything they do is not just around fun and each child’s individual interests, but it’s so educational too. Abi is really keen to ensure everything she sets up is complementing what they are learning at school, which means that the current lessons at school are embedded even more. Jas was a treasure for my daughters in the run up to their A-Levels and GCSEs and filled them with confidence before the exams. She was able to meet them at their level, cover the parts of the syllabus they`d found tricky and help them understand they knew more than they thought! Wouldn`t hesitate to recommend.

A Dr of Physics found Gary on Tutor hunt for me when I realised that my son was starting to struggle in his Physics A level. I had asked him to help and he sent me a link for Gary! To say he has helped is an understatement; I am so grateful to him for the lessons online, the detailed emails post lesson, and the resources and homework that he gives my son.
